I had the best experience a few weeks ago at Home Motors with Jordan! He was quick to reply to questions and get me through the new car buying process. He made it so easy and hassle free, especially as I was coming from out of town. He was also very helpful in showing me everything I needed to know in the new car! I had a wonderful experience during my purchase of a 2026 Chevy Corvette from Home Motors. Nate, the general manager, helped me design the car I wanted to order and kept me updated as it progressed towards production. When another vehicle became available before the car I ordered could be assembled, he offered my a chance to buy that one instead, and gave me a great price on it. I couldnāt be more happy with the result!
Jordan was the person who gave me an orientation on the car and was very knowledgeable of all the systems and technology on the car, and did a great job helping me understand it all. Very nice guy, too!

Genuinely upset I have to write this because Iāve heard nothing but great things about home motor. Literally just got my truck within last 3 months from them, Iāve had to take it in already for a seal on the output shaft and had complaints that day as well but this is complaint is different:
- Took truck in for scheduled maintenance, sat in truck for about 15 mins at service booth area before someone even came up. Service manager wasnāt really friendly or helpful with the experience at all, I told him I was there for oil change/tire rotation and I have a free car wash from in the mail. Off the rip he told me thereās absolutely no chance I could get that wash because he only had 1 person washing(have to use the wash when doing service only so I have to wait now I guess 4500 miles to use the ticket). I have maintenance package so donāt have to pay anything but itās like I had to prove it to him after even giving him the documents because he couldnāt āfind it.ā He continued to be rude when I explained that my audio in truck was like cutting out and that it was on the ticket when I made the appointment, he told me that itās going to take hours to diagnose and that since Iām out of factory warranty I probably wouldnāt want to do that, I explained I had bought extended warranty and that Iām not worried about it but if your going to try and get me for hours on a diag if you could maybe just check the software first during the oil change ? Seemed like they didnāt even want to work on my truck at all, almost like they were mad at me I was there. Idk he just wasnt professional and I feel like if I spend 50k on a truck through you guys I would be taken care of better. Also if you have an appointment donāt expect to even have your car serviced for another 40 mins after that, appointments make no difference then pulling up randomly it seems. Not trying to rant but just kind annoyed by it all, service managers there are not professional and seem like they hate their job.

āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø We had such a wonderful experience at Home Motors in Santa Maria! From start to finish, everyone we worked with went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of.
Our salesperson Jose was absolutely fantasticāpatient, kind, and knowledgeable. He never rushed us, even as we looked at many different cars, narrowing it down to three before finally choosing the one that was the best fit for us. Both Reuben and Nate, the managers, were equally patient and supportive throughout the process, making sure we had the vehicles lined up side by side so we could really compare and decide. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile stood out.
When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Dave in finance made the experience seamless. He was kind, polite, and extremely patient in explaining everything clearly, which we greatly appreciated.
One thing that really meant a lot to us was how understanding and accommodating everyone was with our daughter. Buying a car takes time, and when she got frustrated and we needed to take a break, the staff was not only patient but even engaged with her in such a sweet, thoughtful wayāit made what could have been a stressful situation much more pleasant.
Overall, we couldnāt have asked for a better team or a better car buying experience. Thank you, Jose, Reuben, Nate, and Dave, for making this such a positive, stress-free experience for our whole family. We highly recommend Home Motors Santa Maria!
