This gym is getting worse day by day and the management ONLY wants to make more money. Equipment getting destroyed and old, floor is dirty and damaged. Pool is dirty and people wearing T-shirts when they’re swimming, trash cans just 2 in the lifting area!Basically, 24 Fitness is getting down.

I'm leaving a review for a gym called "24 Hour Fitness" that closes at 8 - 10 PM depending on the day of the week. Anything other than 1 star would make no sense. My skin is extremely sensitive to sunlight, so I used to go after sundown, which I can't do anymore.Capitalism is absolute $H1T.

What a lovely, pleasant, clean location. No dumbbells, plates and kettlebell swing thrown around. Front desk staff was the sweetest. Thank you for all of your hard work!!!

Need more mirrors, who cares about a view of the basketball court while we're lifting weights. 2 stars, this gym needs improvement. Housekeeping in the restroom actually gotten better. But overall this gym needs improvements besides the addition of mirrors.

I've been a member in the past and didn't like my experience then, not worth $50+/month, but they are having a sale right now and I thought I'd check them out again. I downloaded the 3 day pass on the website, this facility does not honor that, but they did let me in to check things out. I was a member about 7 years ago and the place looks exactly the some and somehow worse. No more towels offered.?. Right now I'm only interested in finding a place to sauna. Their sauna is pretty dirty, and smells bad. It is wood over tile, and the tile underneath looked filthy. But I got my 20 minutes and left. On my way out I thought I'd check out the steam room, walked in and PROMTLY walked out! It was very moldy! So gross and toxic. Kinda defeats the purpose to those who are interested in the health benefits. So whoever is in charge of cleaning doesn't know what they're doing and obvious the management doesn't care about that part of their facility. So if you're interested in a safe clean environment, stay away from this place.

I recently joined and am very happy with the staff and amenities. However, I sometimes end up going to the Rohnert Park location due to their extended hours. It’s also a lot cleaner compared to this location. I hope they make it an actual 24/7 gym soon.

Just join 24 hours and I love it. Staff is amazing. Equipment is good more than anything in the store is ran very professionally and I love working out there.

Lots of cardio options. only one power rack but 4 Olympic lift areas to compensate. Good choice of machines as well.

I AM FROM SACREMENTO CA I have been a member of 24-hour Fitness for years and usually, there is pretty decenthowever, at the club in Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park, I was shocked to see how many girls go there to work out and they dress like the hookers in Sacramento.they do not allow photos taken there but if you can ---picture a hooker with underwear on the street that's what you will see at the 24-hour fitness here in this area, literally wearing their bras and panties .. tight yoga shorts and tops SINCE WE JUST HAD AN INTERNATIONAL PANDEMIC WITH THE COVID DISEASESI CAN SEE NOBODY IS TAKING IT VERY SERIOUSLY IF THERE NEARLY NAKED AT THE GYM VERY DISTRACTING TO WATCH 90% NAKED GIRLS WORKING OUT

After visiting several 24 Hour Fitness locations in San Francisco, Daly City and Pacifica and Honolulu, the Santa Rosa and Honolulu locations overall are maintained the best. I primarily use the free weights and all the locations I've visited have the equipment I need. What sets Santa Rosa apart in an awesome way are the details. For example, all the dumbbells are racked in order and not scattered where you need to hunt for the matching dumbbells. The little item that seems to disappear at most gyms are the barbell clips that secure the weights from falling off. There were two sets of clips where they should be, next to the barbell bar. Last but not least, the staff here has always been friendly as they greet me entering and leaving the gym. I'll definitely be back :)

Not the cleanest environment, I have been to other 24 hr fitness locations where I felt the bathrooms/sauna areas were better attended to. I also feel that the staff at the Santa Rosa location could turn their attention to better organizing the equipment that gets left behind by other gym goers. It is understood that gym etiquette includes returning your equipment back to its proper location, but this isn’t always practiced…The staff is friendly, and helpful. Overall a good atmosphere to get a good workout in.I would prefer to attend this location more frequently but my work/life balance has me requiring a TRUE 24 hour gym, so I commute to RP most of the days. It would be so great if this location transitioned back to being 24 hours, seems like they may have some financial gain keeping these shorter hours, knowing people will be loyal and keep their memberships.

Nice staff. Good set up. I did not feel like center stage when doing floor exercises. Very clean. Lots of choices and organized well.

I honestly am surprised about the low ratings of this 24. It is large, the equipment is varied and well-enough maintained, the gym seemed fairly clean and the staff was friendly. What's not to like?Also, the manager was very accommodating even though my membership is for SoCal only. I'll be back!

I might be doing my math wrong... admittedly it never was my strong suit... but I'm pretty sure the hours of operation no longer add up to the namesake. Since I'm not a fan of false advertising I highly recommend a change; perhaps: "17 hour fitness...sometimes" Other than the lack of 24 hour accessibility, this gym is pretty standard (equipment / amenity wise), but does feel like the staff isn't paid enough to really care. Pool area also needs a facelift.

2/13/23 Cleanliest 24 hours I've been. The area I go around judging the most at 24 hours for cleanliness is the women's locker rooms. The floors weren't grimy, the broken lockers were repaired, the lights were bright, the mirrors weren't etched on, and the soaps were stocked. Today was my first visit, but I know it is already my go-to 24 hours in this vicinity. This 24-hour is big with at least four rooms for cardio, weight training, a dance studio, and a stationary cycling room. Not all 24s have an entire room for stationary biking. I enjoyed how many weight machines there were.
