Hello I just want to say I respect all business but when you are not kind and when you are in a customer service and your main job is to customer service and you suck at it, you should not be working there if you get jobs handed down to you if you get a job from family, if you get a job you don't want don't take it because then you are ruthless and treat people unfair and say things under your breath that aren't kind just want to say who ever was working at 5pm at 711 on Santa Rosa ave by the new in-out is rude and needs training asap there's better places to go just want to put it out there

I go to the 7/11 on Maple or Santa Rosa Ave. I've had good experiences at both the employees are always helpful. You can always tell who is enjoying there work more and most of the employees do enjoy themselves.The only criticism I have is sometimes watch the price, it doesn't always match what's posted.

If you are attempting to purchase individual lottery tickets. One for yourself and one for a friend. Forget it ! For some reason clerks do not understand this. Ask for two $2 tickets you will get one $4. Don’t bother listening to what the customer is asking, Just do what you want in your own mind. Not the same. Multiple times this has happened. I give up !

If you want to get scammed, definitely the place to do that! The old man try to charge me two things I did not have and then he took it off and charged me extra for the items I did have. Definitely watch out for the old man who will scam you. They proceeded to tell me that the 711 free small Slurpees ended at 7 PM and as I was filling up my Slurpee at 7:38 PM, when I talk to them about it again they told me never mind I guess it works. They are really unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. If you’re not paying attention to what they’re doing they will take your money.

I had been coming to this store for the last several years, and I would fill up my own cup with ice and buy a big gulp with soda to add to my cup little by little so it doesn't get watery. They have always given me free ice in my own cup, but a couple visits back a new guy, 30's with an accent (not sure of his homeland I have poor hearing so all accents sound almost the same to me), told me an extra .50 for the ice. Never happy when charged more than expecting, especially when it isn't posted anywhere on the machine, I paid and went on my way. The next few times in It wasn't this guy and again not charged for my ice, happy again. Tonight he is back and now the cost for the ice is up to $1.00, and still nothing posted on the machine. I can understand charging if I use your cup vs. my own, I can even live with .25 to .50 for ice in my own cut, just post it! What I can not abide is roulette ring up, will I have enough? Should I always bring extra cash so if the guy is in a bad mood I can cover the new indiscriminate dollar amount he pulls out of his ... This store use to have a 5 star rating from me, now it's 1 star and I will avoid it like the plague.

We go in and buy 104.00$ of grocers and are cereal goes missing from the counter, we keep calling leaving messages saying we didn’t see are cereal when we were packing it, we are walkers as well. Can’t go back right away when ever we like. On our digital receipt our Captain Crunch is not on it but our paper receipt shows Froot Loops & Captain Crunch on it. Next time we go in we are walking out what we paid for. What kind of cashier pulls food away from the register and not put it back? We paid for what we receive and are not satisfied because 11.00$ goes missing from our grocers list. It happened 12/01/2021. 4:48 pm. Call your customer back we left our number. ABOUT THE NEXT DAYWE WENT BACK IN AND ASKED FOR OUR ITEMS THAT WE PAYED FOR AND DID NOT RECEIVE, LUCKLY THE WORKER WHO CHECKED US OUT WAS THERE AND GAVE US WHAT WE PAYED FOR. SO NOW WE ARE IN GOOD TERMS OUNCE AGAIN.

How come this store is not open 24 hours like most other 7-11 stores door is locked the person inside is just standing in the store, ignoring anyone who wants to enter. This store is not open 24, they need to update hours of operation. This is bullsk

I was absolutely horrified that I was assaulted by a worker here, I simply had asked for her name because she was being very unprofessional and rude. And she refused to give me her name so I took out my phone to take a picture of her or a video so I had proof of what she was doing and when I did that she threw water in my face and also got it it got on my phone and it broke my phone from the water damage I believe she's like one of the only female that works there like Hair probably in her 30s I made a police report and I am waiting to hear back and I am trying to Reach the manager he's not in until two weeks from now but I want to make sure she gets fired it is not OK to install your customers and break their property and have her still work there it's ridiculous and it's not right I plan to sue if no actions are taken. That phone cost me over $1000

This guy never keeps his taquitos to temp. Once again I have cold taquitos. I don't think he understands the concept of bacteria or food poisoning. I paid for 3, ate 1, and have to throw the other 2 away for my safety, because the last 2 times I bought taquitos from here at this time, I got sick from it.Also, I think he may have a hearing impermanent.4:20 AM

The employee at the counter was very unprofessional and made us say hi to his friend on FaceTime. He also ignored us when we asked a question to continue speaking to his friend and then answered it later. When we came back in for an additional item he showed us to his friend once again we did not know how to respond. His accent confused us into buying a product that we were unsure of.

I am giving 7-Eleven in general one star because I can't give them zero, they have these great masks Albeit, from China(BOO) At 1st they were 1.99 when I bought them and then they were 2.99 and then two weeks later I came back and now they're 4.99 for the very same mask! PRICE GOUGING MUCH? BOO 7-11, SHAME ON YOU!!'

Bought two expired items today and ate one before I realized it was expired. Didn't even offer to give me a receipt so I have no way to return these items and get my money back. The key pad was so dirty at the checkout counter that I didn't even want to touch it to enter my pin. Disgusting.
