Good gym, far too crowded during peak hours. There's not much management can do about that, but it makes getting an effective workout pretty difficult and time-consuming. I can really only work out there on my days off when I can plan my day around it. If you work standard business hours, you really should consider another gym because you'll only be able to work out Saturday and Sunday.

I joined through a Seniors program and have enjoyed my initial visits. The gym is stocked with the usual free weights, weight machines, and bikes and chair masters. There is also a body punching bag, which I have seen in one or two other gyms. The place is clean and well lighted and equipment is up-to-date. I have gone in at various times of the day and never found it crowded. I'd say it is a good choice.

Worst customer service I have had from a gym. I was thinking about switching from crunch to here because of the hours and being a night owl, firing into my schedule. Called and asked about their hours and was informed that this gym would have staff available from 2-7pm. Walked in and no staff in site, I had to ask a gym member for a staff because there's no way in differentiating them from their clients. When I informed him that I was there to check out the gym and sign up. He replied all of our staff left already. I told him it's 6:30pm, I thought y'all would have staff here until 7pm. He replied well we can call you to set up something. I told him I already called and that I would go else where since the staff don't want to be here. If you're looking for friendly and responsible staff, go to crunch, only downfall is their hours

This is the perfect gym. It is small enough to never feel overly crowded or overwhelmed and big enough to give you the space to workout in whatever way you desire. Both staff and fellow gym goers are always so kind and welcoming. Gymtimidation does not exist here! Best gym for the best price—would recommend to anybody :)

This is a review for the Santa Rosa Avenue gym. I have been fortunate in finding a gym that is both 24 hour accessible (I workout between 5 and 7:30 am now...woo to the hoo) and stocked with complete dumbbells, barbells , weight machines and the latest cardio machines. For those of my generation (retired), a non crowded, non judgmental and calm gym is a great go to when the outside world becomes too toxic and insane. What puts this over the top is the professionalism and friendliness of Stephanie and her training team. If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would. Clean, accessible, everything in good repair, all the necessary equipment...what more do you need? Boom.

This clean and organized gym has all the necessary equipment (which is always sanitary and working). The staff is helpful, but not overbearing. In addition, there is not a crush of people to maneuver around or to wait for. There is the usual “my workout consists of social media” gym jockies , however folks in this situation will quickly get off the stations to allow others a timely workout if asked politely. I really like this gym and the manager Stephanie and her team. Top notch in my book.

Sad! Disappointing! I have been going to this gym for over 1 moz and 1 shower has been broken since day 1, TODAY, the only other shower shows broken... Do WE not deserve at least 1 working shower? NOT the best Anytime location 4sure!!!Very Disappointing!!!

I recently joined through my work provided insurance which saved me so much money monthly. I'm not the one to use "coupons" or "discounts" because I'm always just shy to claim them but the manager, Michelle (I think is her name), didn't make me feel less than those who joined directly. She made me feel comfortable and and provided a lot of information about the membership and this gym. It has less equipments than 24 hr fitness or planet fitness but I can see myself keeping my membership forever. Thanks Michelle!
