Unfortunately this store is closing so right now everything is 30-70 % off floor models included. Everything is priced to sell. Very few workers were there. But what else would you expect from a store shutting down.

Bought several items on 4/25/23 & when I got home found one box of face product was empty. Called store & was told the store would not honor exchange of empty box for product if in stock. Went to store & manager willing to make exception for product on shelf at Santa Rosa, CA store. Item not available. Item stolen from you, store turned around & stole from me by not giving my $ back. Sounds petty but $15+ is my hard earned money!!!

I don't usually write reviews and I'm kinda disappointed I didn't get the lady's name..Last night my dad and I went to this store. We got an item each and I wanted to use two coupons that I had. There was a small misunderstanding(which I get it) but the way the lady was being rude I did not like. She's an older white lady with a shaved head. Her coworker came over and I honestly don't remember what she said but the lady ringing me up got bothered and told her why she was interrupting her and blah blah blah VERY RUDELY. I felt so bad for that other girl. One of my coupons wasn't working so she had to call for a manager. So I asked the lady "so you aren't the manager and that's how you speak to your coworkers" not saying a manager should speak like that to their employees but really lady? GET OVER YOURSELF. Anyways I got an anti aging cream hopefully it works

This store rarely has the sale items in stock, they don't issue rain checks and just tell you to call the store every day to see if the item has arrived.I think BB&B should ship these items for free instead of putting the responsibility on the shopper.I think that items are difficult to find and the staff not particularly frriendly or helpful.

I bought $200 sheets that ended up having a tear in them. Brought them back, money refunded, but I still needed sheets.Unfortunately the store ran out of stock of the sheets I previously purchased. My only option at that point, it appeared, was to buy the defective sheets I had just returned.The store's policy, according to the manager, was that I could only buy the torn sheets for full price.So after having to take two trips to this store, spending a half hour dealing with 4 employees, and coming away empty-handed with no sheets, I came to the conclusion that I don't know what's more retarded--the store's policy or the people running it.

The worst company to do business with. Ordered a small chest on line. Arrived with a smashed leg and 3 crushed corners. Took 5 weeks of constant calling to get a refund. There is no customer service---just many tactics to make a customer finally give up. Would never order from BB&B again.

BB&B isn't the chain it once was, many of us might agree. I really used to enjoy wandering through their stores, browsing through many different color / texture / style options, especially for bath, kitchen, or bed linens. These days they play it so safe that most any fabric item is pale and bland in a limited color palette. That being said, there are still items to be found that are useful. Our local store was sold out of a couple items that I needed from their health & beauty section. I decided to try to find them on the road, so tried the Santa Rosa location after visiting family in the area.Couldn't quite tell if they were transitioning seasons, or just didn't have their act together with fall / Halloween displays. Either way, the feature area near the checkout stands was a jumble of crates and temporary shelves. Not very inviting.In the health & beauty aisles, the stock levels looked like the early days of the pandemic, with many bins or sections either empty or with a very limited selection. I didn't know if they were just being cautious with not over-stocking merchandise, or if the supply chain issues were causing them to lack goods. Either way, it was a sad shopping experience.I did find a few of the things I was seeking, but the next person won't be so lucky, since I got the last ones. Check out was a bit slow (and they weren't very busy), but once it was my turn, the cashier helped me with getting to their rewards program sign-in. Every time I go they seem to change it from online app to in-store phone number log in at the cash register. Confusing!

Typical BB&B, but we didn't walk out with fourty-eleven things not on our list this time. The aisles seemed more compact and crowded, but that might be colored by my pandemic brain... Everything indoors seems too close together...
