My wife and I took advantage of the sale price of four pairs of shoes. The service was great. Even with one employee helping three or four customers find their size at the same time. He made many trips to the back room. Was always cheerful and pleasant.

They got all kinds of sports stuff, but no regular tube socks--they said they had more modern types of socks.Their prices are fairly high$$$$$They do give veterans discounts 10%Tinton missed whether you get a nice staff person or a grumpy one.But the store is clean and they have parking on both sides/off of Cleveland avenue

This location carries a full stock of sporting and camping goods, long guns & ammo, clothes, shoes, and gift items. Their employees are awesome and friendly, and their prices are way better than the other big chain down the street. I would give them five stars but I find it weirdly annoying that their location frequently has trash all over the parking lot and front lawn area. A bit of consistent attention to the exterior would make the place feel more inviting.

Aside from the friendly guy at the register, the old lady had nasty customer service and yelled "you only have 2 minutes, and I really want to go home". I've been outside for 12 hours in this freeze watch weather and I desperately needed snow pants after getting off work and rushed over. It's 8:28, and I needed to rush to grab 1 more item. She was so exhausting hearing her complain and say rude things about her peers and coworkers. Talking about how, "none of them do anything right"...Is this really the representation you want for your store?Let me make it clear, I was NOT browsing for fun, I've worked retail so I understand and I would NEVER tell a customer to "hurry up, I want to go home". Her attitude is ugly and inappropriate, and I would never return again.

It was friendly. It would be nice if the shoe department person was more knowledgeable about the difference in the running shoes made by the same company.

They guys are very helpful, not a lot of indoor soccer cleats, but we did find a pair.

Great product, good prices, but returns are not as expected . I was not so happy with the attitude of one employee. Nothing terrible though.

Went and saw Kevin at the Cleveland Ave. Big 5 in Santa Rosa and it was so clean and nice looking in there! They had some shockers since I've worked there, glock mag-pul magazines, AR 10rd mags, even bullets! Yes real bullets! And you can get your firearm safety card right there while you shop! Kevin's the man!!

One of the larger stores for this chain. However, it was more convenient in Coddington.Clean, well staffed and stocked. Easy to approach knowledgeable sales associates that are friendly.

Typical Big 5, nothing surprising about their stock or lines of gear. They do NOT, however, have any full size crossbows... The stuff they DO have seems to be fairly high quality, if not absolute top tier.It was a busy day when we stopped in and were able to get the help we needed anyway. Good store, good location, decent selection.

I am extremely grateful to Izzy at Big 5 Santa Rosa for assembling my bike I purchased there. My car was totaled and I couldn’t afford another car. I didn’t have the tools to put together a bike and I needed it for work. Now I’m able to get to work and pay my bills. 105 stars to Izzy at Big 5. Thank you.
