DO NOT USE THE DRIVE UP ATM!! I was just told by chase bank that this atm is not managed / serviced by chase. So any transactions at this atm are not secure!

Most uncustomer oriented place I have ever delt with they told me to go to another bank to cash my check like I didn’t have an account at chase I am closing my account an will tell everyone I know never to deal with chase

I have been with this bank for many years and had my share of life's mishaps ìllnesses and this ɓank has never offered any kind of help on overdraft fees or forgiveness. On fees particularly for a person with disabilities on a very strict fixed income . I have not changed bank s ɓecause I don't drive anymore and have difficulty walking but tomorrow it will be closed the fees alone keep my account in negative overdrawn months at a time.Huge disappointment hope I never have to bank there again.

Horrible employee attitudes in this branch Branch manager & two employees yakking it up, socializing with each other as clients are waiting in line. Went in to cash a $715 check written by Chase Online Banking. Branch manager tried to extract $10.00 from me to cash the check insisting that non-branch clients must pay this fee (Highway Robbery). I provided my Chase United credit card but she decided that I must pay anyway and began to YELL at me. Going to pay off that Chase card right quick. Never have these problems at Redwood Credit Union or American Express

My experience with Chase today was very efficient, kind, and informational. Even though I was closing my accounts I was treated with great kindness and consideration from both the teller And the personal banker Solomon. I appreciate this experience and am still smiling. 1 star missing because Chase has raised all their fees... i have been feed out of banking here.

We've known David Burritt for years, since he was the VP Branch Manager at the Chase bank in Corte Madera for almost five years. The ATMs here never have any money in them on Fridays. How can both ATM machines be down in the middle of the day? No money in them on Monday either.

Just do yourself a favor and head down the street to Bank of America, they don't care who you are or if you have an appointment, they are not going to ignore you.Ok I understand these are "Covid times" still. But a new customer walks into your lobby and sits waiting. Is it really ok just to walk by Travis and ignore them the whole time? A simple explanation of what your bank's routine is would help. This was my first time trying use this bank, and trying to move from state to state with a bank that is located in both was a very important and the main reason why I even tried to reach out to Chase Bank.
