I really wished they had more cashiers up front. Everytime i come in, and THERES more than 3 people they have to call for backup and it usually takes 15 minutes to buy just one item. Not to mention the people that come from the back to cashier who don’t know how to use the registers. It’s insane because everytime im in Sebastopol there’s always cashiers standing around…. Not the best place for customer service.

The staff is just outta this world. The way they treat you makes wanna hug them. Wonderful amazing staff. I just hope they keep this energy going and I also hope customers appreciate this amazing store and it’s staff..hats off to you guys. Good luck.P.S.I just read a review from a homeless woman and it was heartbreaking please don’t let these simple rules make you unkind.

Great local food options for vegans. They also offer zero waste options like the fillable station. Grab a meal at Cozy plum next door and then do your grocery shopping.

I agree with some of comments on here, this place has some good food but the service is almost always bad, I feel rushed and disrespected when I leave this place. Not worth it so im going to safeway down the street instead. No dealing with rude service at safeway because there's self check out, they have almost everything this place has but it comes with not dealing with Karen's at the check out lines.

This is a very small natural and organic foods market. They do try to have local and organic produce although it wood seem that they do not have a lot of traffic through the store since some of the produce was no longer fresh. They do have a lot of hard to find items in some categories such as Japanese seaweed and they do not have big name brands in this store and that is not a detriment. It's not likely you can get all of your grocery needs in this store as it is a reissued small store.

Great selection of good products. I was on a mission to find a specific honey and was met by exactly what I needed in various quantities. On the way to the register, I found a nice local sourdough that I couldn't pass up, and reasonably priced chocolates that I struggle to find elsewhere. The ample parking, '80s soft rock, and good vibes are bonus. I'll be making this a regular stop when I'm in town.
