I appreciate the service at the pharmacy. The people there are super sweet. All except one person. An older white man became really defensive when I asked for a prescription that wasn't ready yet. It was a miscommunication and I do not appreciate the defensiveness from that. The person before me was treated really nicely but it was completely different for me. (the customer in front of me is also a white man and I am not) smh it takes away a star from cvs.

Such CRAPPY service. If you have an alternative pharmacy- use it. A 5:00 promised cancer drug wasn't ready the next day at 11:00. Don't use CVS if you can help it.

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. I tried to pick up medication for my girlfriend after her surgery here. The surgeon said it would be ready by 12pm. CVS said they are going to lunch and it will be ready by 1pm. I came in at 2 pm, and they said it would be ready at 5pm. This created a lot of unnecessary driving around town. I tried to call and expedite/escalate the issue as my girlfriend was in a lot of pain. After requesting to escalate the issue, they hung up on me. I understand being busy, but treating people like this who are concerned about their loved ones is deplorable.Terrible, terrible experience, and the CVS company as a whole should be ashamed of their customer service.

I live 5 minutes from this CVS Store, is is the worst. It is dirty outside and inside, and the Pharmacy is a mess. After waiting 24 hours, and confirmation of a question for a routine prescription, they still hadn't filled it. I heard the Pharmacist say, I haven't checked the recorder yet on it.Took the prescription back, drove to Costco. Never again.

First time I've used CVS and it was great. They called and took care of everything, and it was ready quite quickly. And they were really nice, which goes a long way in my book.

This review is specifically to shout out Sadie in the pharmacy! Typically I have been frustrated with the automated systems for CVS not matching up with real time in the pharmacy. It is extremely frustrating when you arrive after receiving a call that your meds are ready for pick up but when you arrive the pharmacy says they won't be ready for another 15-30 mins...I have had the pleasure of served by Sadie on 3 occasions now and every single time she has gone above and beyond to take care of me! She has exceptional customer service and has helped me to stop dreading coming to this CVS because she is so great at what she does. Thank you Sadie!

Ridiculous! The CVS wouldn't let us in at 1:33 am!! Would it really hurt their business to go in for a couple minutes?! False advertising!

33 Minutes Later...First off, let me say I love some of the in-store employees, especially Michelle. She's always helpful, always kind, and always ready with a sincere hug.My rant has to do with the drive up supposed "quick test" for antigen/C19 test.I showed up at the pharmacy drive-thru at 2:25 for a 2:30 appointment, mom had a 2:45 appointment.Handed over our IDs, supplied confirmation numbers, and we're told it would just be a few minutes (mind you, they claim that the whole process takes under 5 minutes).Cars were piling up behind us in the Drive-Thru, but the employee didn't seem to be too concerned about it because he kept leaving the window to go do something else. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked if there was a problem. At which point he said, it just takes a while to set up.Here's my question; if someone is coming in for an appointment at 2:30, wouldn't you think they would start getting everything ready at least a half an hour before that if it takes a while to "set things up"?I don't know if they're TERRIBLY unorganized or if they're just SEVERELY short staffed. My advice?Make an appointment anywhere else on the face of the planet for a rapid test other than CVS on 4th Street.Yours truly,Christopher Davis

I've had really great experience at the pharmacy. They took me as a walk in for a flu vaccination and I was in and out in 20 minutes without an appointment. I would give the pharmacy 5 stars and the rest of the store 3 stars. Outside of the pharmacy, I can never locate an employee to help me find things and aisle organization is a bit odd to me.

this cvs is convenient because it's close to me, but the pharmacists are the stupidest people I've ever met. Constantly I am told prescriptions are ready - wait in line, only to find out they're not even close to being ready. Even calling on the phone is a 30 minute ordeal of being put on hold and then receiving little to no help at all. Tonight I called because two very important medications had been in process for days at this point, both of which I am out of, I was told that "uhm, they might be ready like, tomorrow?" And when I expressed that I had been out of them for days and really needed them she acted as if it were this huge thing & finally told me I could pick them up within the hour. I called back an hour later to make sure only to be told they were out of it - which I had not been told at all. They ended up making it work and giving me a different manufacturer of the same medication and I went to go pick it up only for the same situation to happen. The girl helping us clearly had no idea what she was doing. She charged me for a prescription I didnt even want to pick up, without telling me the other 3 she was giving me. We went back and forth and she said they were out of the one I needed - to which I said I spoke to the pharmacist. She was clearly annoyed, and said "yeah it'll be a minute". Finally I got the medication. I am absolutely floored that a pharmacy operates this way, and that the people they are hiring can't even PRONOUNCE the medications they're filling and handing out. There is clearly no communication between this staff, and they always are behind or have an hour long wait for medications. This is the absolute last time I'll ever get my medications from this pharmacy.

I am sick and tired of the pharmacist that fills in over here on weekends being rude. The fill in pharmacist at this place, Welsey might b last name, he was so rude he would not give his name. I am a cancer patient getting a new drug. That idiot was so rude when I simply asked what the new medication he just filled was. This man should be fired for the way he speaks to customers. Ive had it. Beware of these part time pharmacist. Doubtful this one can even fill a script properly. Horrible to get new medication and have a pharmacist treat you like an idiot. Go someplace else.
