They can't even get their hours correct. They open at 9am even though on maps it says 8am, it's posted on their front door. Extremely simple thing that can result in you wasting your time. It makes you wonder if they can handle anything more complicated.

Here’s the worst place to get your medication!! CVS has the worst system for process your medication. I need one who haven refilled since January , every time I come I’m stuck here for hours!!!! And Who’s gonna be responsable for the consecuentes of don’t receive the medication on time??!!!!!i

The place was extremely dirty! I asked if they ever cleaned it because it was my second time in that location more than a week apart. They told me their vacuum was broken, and they're so understaffed they rarely have time when it was working.

Really frustrating experience on a Sunday. Sick and from out of town. Doctor called pharmacy, the voice mail box was full and he had to call again. Pharmacy person said it would be about an hour and a half once they received it. i got a text the prescription had been received at 12:30 (doc spoke to someone around 11:20) but with the lunch break, prescription still not filled at 2:30.... I know they are busy, but feel like the work flow should have been better. The clerk tending the line is the one needing to fulfill the prescriptions. so.... know to expect significant delays if you come here.

This is not my preferred CVS location. It is not an ideal spot. Plus it is also a less busy CVS that I’ve seen. The employees seem confused and like they’re struggling with the number of staff they have. So management please hire more staff and require better training. I looked around and the shelves were not organized. I had even asked for the restroom and the employee looked around and said “I’ll have to find someone to open it.” A customer right after had come up to me saying don’t even bother they never come. That is unprofessional. If the restrooms are closed make it known don’t make the customers wait around confused.

The incompetence of the staff is insane. It took me going through three different people for them to tell me they couldn’t fill one of my three prescriptions. The first two staff members just handed me my two prescriptions and said nothing. Nothing about a consultation and nothing about the fact they couldn’t fill a third prescription.I was supposed to have a physician’s consultation with them, and no one mentioned it, and luckily I knew to ask.Buyer beware. Go ANYWHERE else. Their incompetence is dangerous to anyone’s health who comes here.

Beware of this CVS. The staff is extremely rude in the pharmacy. They have no concept of how to help very sick patients counting on their medications. They are extremely judgmental, and could care less about the patients they serve. They do not stock their store, its always a mess, which reflects the type of staff they have. The store manager is very young, dies not have any concept of dealing with rude staff, and helping a sick patient. Very passive aggressive. Go someplace else if you want to be treated properly. They get one star, because I had to give one star for review. They deserve no stars:
