This location should be shut down. They close way earlier than any other CVS and they don't even stock their shelves because they are so shortstaffed. I went in for a basic item that any pharmacy should have but couldn't buy it because all the stock was still in the back.

Pharmacy- I hate to ever bad mouth any business but this Pharmacy has terrible service. You wait such a long time to get attended. The staff has to skill in communication just rudeness. I DEFINITELY would never recommend family or friends here.

No customer service. Extremely long wait times for pharmacy. It’s very frustrating when the doctor sent the prescription in hours before and they still make you wait 10 or more mins when you get there.

Went to get COVID-19 shot. Went to the vaccine check-in area and found it was blocked off by some boards. One of the pharmacy staff rudely asked why I was there and I said it was for the shot. She barked at me to go to a different area. Fortunately, the pharmacist who delivered the shot was quite pleasant,so two stars.

Imbecile’s. Useless staff at the pharmacy. The girl at the drive through window was high as a kite. You can actually tell it was some good stuff she was on. Lol . Changing all my medications somewhere else. I just can’t deal with them.

Honestly I feel so bad for the employees. They need more help. This company needs to handle their hours issues and staffing issues. CVS do better. To any pharmacist here I'm sorry if I have been rude. Just looking to get the meds my kid needs.

Very poor service want to go pick up my prescription and the entire store was closed at 6:00 on their door and online it says they're open till 11:00 and the pharmacy's open till 8:00 Don't understand why the entire store was closed

Came to pharmacy drive through the girl was so rude. I said something about I would of gone to 4th street CVS and they where closed she practically said we’ll duh it was lunch time. Very bothered she had to help me. I’m not coming back here again

Pharmacist was rude and condescending and quoted a California law that was in error. I read him the law exactly as worded by the State of California including the law date of passage. Then he said the way he ran the pharmacy was at his discretion then changed his reply and blamed his inadequacy on CVS policy. The issue in question was filling a prescription sent in electronically by an out of state doctor, specifically a Mayo Clinic physician.

This is one of the worst CVS locations I have been to from the start with trash, garbage piles and broken glass in the parking lot. Terrible customer service and many items are out of stock. When my husband asked the manager why they are showing as 'in-stock' online, he said there is so much theft, he has just given up. Won't be visiting this location anymore as the pharmacy seems to also have long delays getting medications.

Horrible pharmacy with negligent pharmacists. Always having to call multiple times to get meds refiled even though they are on automated refill. I regularly end up missing doses due to them not filling them on time. If your insurance doesn't cover a medication they won't contact you to let you know, they'll just leave you waiting and waiting until you finally ask them why it hasn't been filled yet. The worst thing that I experienced (that I probably could have sued over,) was a pharmacist (the actual pharmacist not just a tech) giving me incorrect information about a new medication which put me in the hospital. I had been prescribed an SSRI & because I hadn't been on it before the pharmacist was required to meet with me to explain any side affects & answer any questions. I asked her if this med had a 'black box warning' & if there was anything I should watch for or be cautious of. She said no, that I may just have some drowzyness. A few days later I was in the psych ward on 1 51/50. When I got home I researched the medication & YES, it has a black box warning. COMPLETLY IRRESPONSIBLE

They shutdown the bathrooms here so they don't have to maintain them in acceptable condition. Terrible experience and why should I shop here if you can't maintain normal shopping conditions like available bathroom ?

Man...picking up a Rx for my mother, different location than usual. I had a simple question as to whether they have her payment and insurance info on file but I had to ask four times because the pharmacy tech kept interrupting me.... Now I understand the bad reviews
