Stay far away from this pharmacy! The main pharmacist, a white male, has always made me feel like a nuisance. I don't know if they're understaffed and/or overworked, but everytime I have interacted with him, I have not felt heard. They could benefit from customer service training, especially because they hold such important health care roles. After being told that I would not be able to gain access to my typical prescription brand on time, I was encouraged to take the generic brand which was supposed to be identical. I asked several times if there would be any side effects in switching over to the generic brand and several times I was told that they were identical and that I would not experience any side effects. I trusted that they were medical experts and I shouldn't have. I am now experiencing side effects from the generic brand that I have never experienced from my typical prescription and I'm very frustrated with the cavalier attitude from the pharmacist. I will not be returning to this pharmacy because I do not trust that they are providing sound medical advice.

CVS has changed the pharmacy hours to 10am-6pm,and is now closed on Sat and Sun, making it super difficult to pick up prescriptions if you can’t get there between these hours. Also, this Google listing says open hours are till 7pm. Please update!

I have been very very impressed with the service at the store within a store (CVS within Target). The customer service feels more like an old school pharmacy vs a national mega brand. They have really done a great job.

I've gotten dozens of prescriptions filled here, never any issues and the crew is usually very helpful, cheerful, and overall very pleasant and keeps me coming back. Apparently this time I got the pharmacist and boy was she lazy, short, and not helpful. I had 3 pharmacy items in addition to a prescription and she couldn't be bothered to sell it out and told me to go to the other line. She must just be splendid to work with....And that mentality is why I just get most things delivered. Guess I'm switching to Amazon for prescriptions too...

Scheduled my booster and flu vaccine a week in advance for a time that worked for me. On my way there, less than 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment I got an automated text saying my appointments were cancelled. I went inside to ask if that was correct, that it was cancelled and was told the pharmacist who does the shots was out of town for 2 weeks. When I pressed further to the pharmacist, asking why I wasn't informed earlier, I was then told that workers called out so they didn't have time to make the phone calls to inform people. When I expressed that didn't make sense because I received an automated message they simply said, "not sure what to say, I'm sorry. You can go to Stony point and wait 20+ minutes for a walk in". Completely unacceptable, from not informing in time, to changing their story and showing zero remorse for a giant mistake. Edit:. Since another reviewer had this same experience the day before me it should show that they were aware. The level of incompetence here is not something I would trust my prescription from.

Made an appointment online for booster vaccine, got my confirmation text and checked in when I got there. The two people behind the counter were not acknowledging the growing line. When someone finally came to assist me I was told there is no pharmacist there for 2 weeks and they are not able to administer my vaccination…there are appointments online for the next two weeks. Get this fixed.

I love the staff here. They’re always so nice and helpful. They’ve handled all my vaccinations from UCSF and have been wonderful. Plus they’re phone service is the best. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for them to respond, and any vaccine I’ve needed, they’ve been able to order for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my vaccinations. They’re amazing ❤️.

After experiencing long wait times, unfilled prescriptions, and poor customer service at other CVS locations, I began to lose confidence in CVS pharmacies altogether. That is, until I decided to give this location a chance (and I am so happy I did). Natalie is so accommodating, empathetic, and efficient. Thanks to her, I have been able to successfully receive continuity of care between refills and have decided to stick with CVS despite negative past experiences.

This is such great, sweet, crew. They remember customer names, they're attentive even when they're busy. I have received great care with everyone there but especially appreciate Miriam. Thanks for all you guys do!

I want to like this pharmacy because it is convenient and the people are nice. However they are severely understaffed, and the only way I can seem to get a prescription filled is to go there and wait for it. Every single time. And the staff members, while very nice, are also very new and don't know how to do everything. "Can you call someone for help?" "Yes, but they are busy helping customers at their store and can't talk me through it right now." If a pharmacy is open, it should be fully functioning with knowledgable staff, and enough staff to handle its business. Calling a few hours ahead doesn't work either; I tried that today thinking it would save me the wait. Nope. "Your prescriptions are ready but the pharmacist has to look at them first." Ok, then they are NOT READY. Very frustrating.
