The employee were rude and told me to leave after he told us to get off the treadmill that we did then used the exercise bike the employees said we got to leave was not Pacific on what we can't do

I came here looking for a day backpack - not that thrilled at the selection BUT loved some of the unexpected surprises - like women's yoga pants, North Face jackets - and great quality! Also good selection of shoes. Will be back!

I bought online Stanley nesting 2-Cup cook set to pick up in store, but the lid was missing. But those guys did everything to help me - the checked all nearby stores, gave me a large coupon and tried to find substitutes since I had to leave for a trip the same day. I was surprised by their customer service, especially a young woman with brunette hair who managed it all to help me. She definitely deserves a raise.

I cannot thank Kaitlyn and Matthew enough for going above and beyond to help me over the phone and in person! I have a baby shower on Saturday and the rain was about to cause problems, they helped me make sure I had a canopy and walls for my guests and even called the Petaluma store to see if they had extra walls to ensure my guests would be out of the rain! Again I cannot thank them enough!

Don’t bother coming here to buy shoes. If their system is down then the associates can’t even go find you a shoe. What kind of store can’t go in the back and find a shoe!? They have new kiosks that aren’t well marked that you have to click through like online shopping and then have them bring you a shoe. I was planning on buying cleats and a new glove here but not after this. Terrible service model. Go to big5 down the street. Shoes were much better priced

I went to Dick's this morning to buy some Hoka men's shoes this morning around 1120am. There were very few people in the store, which I was hoping for. I went to the shoe department and nobody was there, no customers or employees. I looked around the area and could see no one. I finally saw what appeared to be a scanner and it said to scan a shoe and select a size and someone would bring it out. I waited about 4 minutes and three other customers showed up as a group. I then left the department and found an employee and ask for assistance. They went into the back and then returned to their department without at least letting me know that someone would be out to assist me. A few more minutes went by and an employee came out and handed me my shoes, never asking if I needed anything further she went over to the three gentlemen and started helping them. I waited as there was a pause in her assisting the other customers and asked for a wider size, as I have feet like a platypus and needed some wider shoes.She went into the back and came back out with another pair of shoes for the three guys and disappeared again. After a few more minutes, it was evident I would not be getting help in the foreseeable future and I left.I shopped in the mall next door and came back an hour later around 1240pm and had Great customer service from two employees in the shoe department. Neither was the first individual who assisted me initially. Unfortunately, they did not have my size in stock and ordered a pair online from Hoka directly. I would have liked to have known that earlier.I gave three stars as my second experience was great with customer service, the first experience was half a star.

I'm not really a sports person so I can't attest to the quality of the equipment, but I had an excellent customer service experience when I came in the other day. Keelan helped us try to find a very specific beanie (last minute Christmas shopping :/) and although they were out of stock in the end, he did lead us around the store checking all possible locations and ran to the stock room. Very kind and helpful :)

Today, nobody knew what a stretch exercise band was. One employee just blankly stared at me. Another asked if it was for women and the third asked if I wanted leggings. When I finally found the stretch resistant bands there was no price on any of the packages. After some time I found a gentleman to help me. He scanned one item and when I asked for a price on a second item he waived me on and scurried out of sight. I went to Big 5. They knew exactly what a stretch exercise band was, directed me straight to the items where all were marked with price tags. Cheers to Big 5, they got the sale.
