I love my weekly workout at eStudio! I've been going there for 7 years now, and am proud to be in my 70s and have real biceps! I love that I can exercise (seriously) for half an hour and not feel guilty the entire rest of the week for being too lazy to exercise. I also thank these weekly "pumping iron" sessions for my bone density, which is slightly better than it was 12 years ago and not yet in the danger zone. I was blessed to be able to continue during most of COVID because of the steps they took to keep clients safe. eStudio is definitely one of the highlights of my week.

Had my first free session. Intake interview covered existing health, joint issues, any other factors that could impact the weight training. We also talked about my health improvement goals.So basically the routine here is using Nautilus type weight machines at a veeeeerrrrrryyyy slow pace. I'd call it slow motion weight bearing isometrics. Kayden the trainer closely coached me. Made sure that I was getting the exercise without discomfort.Only 2 clients are seen at the same time. Always one trainer per client.My wife has been visiting here weekly for 9 months. She says her health, strength and endurance have improved.I plan to stick with it. Hope that getting stronger and more limber improves my golf game.

I've been committed to E-studio, and my trainer Kendell for over 18 years now. The concept of super slow made perfect sense when I started, and after all these years, proves to be sustainable for the long haul. I've been training successfully through competitions, regular life, through injuries, and through aging! The accountability that comes from working with a trainer who is tracking and monitoring the progress, and tailoring it the entire time keeps me consistent. The cherry on top is the excellent equipment, the quiet structured focus the facility provides, and most of all, the grace and dependability of their team, and of course, my amazing and knowledgeable trainer Kendell. Highly recommend!

Estudio is quiet, clean, and very professional.I have been working out with Falcon for 26 years. Now in my seventies, I feel strong and able to keep up with my grandchildren!The trainers at studio are very knowledgable. If you are experiencing any discomfort in your body, they will be sure you are safe during your individually designed strength training session. Not only are they trained in human anatomy, but are also a great resource for nutrition. It is the most comprehensive and safe strength training I have ever experienced.Thank you Falcon!

I started Super Slow with Bonnie a couple of months ago and couldn't be happier. Half an hour, once a week is amazingly effective. In a short time, I am already stronger and have fewer aches and pains. It's even been helpful for my pickleball game.I highly recommend E Studio!

The work outs with Levi at E-studio is a part of the healthy productive routine in my life that I’m looking forward to every single week! The commitment of just half an hour a week is very reasonable and realistic to maintain over time! I love how my body has improved since I started working out. I’m definitely in a better shape, I feel stronger and more toned! Levi is very supportive and knowledgable. He is an absolute pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend this place and trainer!

I’ve been training at E Studio for several years. My half an hour of “super slow” is the most, if not only, consistent long-term workout regimen I’ve ever been able to maintain in my adult life, with the most consistent results. At 50, I just keep getting stronger and the workout keeps kicking my butt (in a good way)! (Need a ticket to the gun show?)

I love my workouts at eStudio! I feel that I am conquering the ability to age gracefully with extra strength and the weekly workouts in super slow are helping me maintain good muscle strength and bone density I need at my age! 71 years young!

I'm a 75 year old male and I've been working out here with Stacy as my personal trainer for about 9 months. No crowds, clean environment and quick efficient workouts. Stacy is great as she's very encouraging and supportive but she keeps pushing you with variety of workouts.
