This is my third time bad experience with enterprise in cleveland ave in santa rosa.. last time the manager was finally helping me and tried to solve the issue but unfortunately this time they dont even try to talk and fix my situation.. we had a reservation on last 22nd june for 7 seater vechile for junly 10-14. I came today to see the vechile and make sure everything is fine … as soon as i walked in and asked about my reservation they said we dont have any vechile we are sry.. even the manager was not helping and she keep saying we cant give you the vechile ..very frustrating and too much disappointed with this location and staff over there..never ever go back again

I needed a last minute rental from the Lakeport CA location. I needed an SUV and there were none available. Justin went above and beyond to find me a vehicle in another location. He called ahead and when I arrived at the Santa Rosa, CA location, they were expecting me. Justin is an asset to your company and he certainly made my day!

I wish I could give this location and a manger zero star… we had our reservation like 2 weeks ago and we were there to see a vehicle today but they said nothing is available for next two weeks. We have a trip on coming next two days and they keep saying we can’t do nothing we just don’t have the vehicle right now. Totally disappointed with service and management. Never recommend to anyone .. poor service

Unfortunately, I do not remember the 2 gentlemen's names that I dealt with. But they had absolutely wonderful customer service. I originally had a reservation online, which put me at the airport. That experience was horrible due to me not having a credit card or a return flight. ( which was not disclosed on the paperwork)I called the Cleveland Ave office, and they accommodated me in a safe, reliable vehicle. I do appreciate what they did as I needed to get out of town for a family emergency.Thanks for your professionalism(Maybe Jarrod and Erick I am horrible with names)

Bart was great! He was so fast and so nice I was already dealing with the frustration of moving my baby's car seat and by the time I was walking inside to turn my keys in Bart was already out there ready to get me out of there quickly I appreciate it. I have also rented cars here on and off the last 8 years and have had nothing but great experiences with the employees. Thank you!

It was my very first time renting a car. Everyone at enterprise was so friendly! They even gave me a free upgrade and my car was amazing! The car was new and clean. If I ever have to rent a car again I will never go anywhere except enterprise! Thank you for making my trip so easy!

Was fast easy and friendly . Usually drive a charger that's a big ol v8 but they gave me a fusion liked the car (I own one) but was looking forward to getting something equivalent and I guess the only thing was a 4 banger also they rushed the cleaning cause they were busy and it showed oh btw yall need to move the bathroom cause having 1 bathroom for the construction workers and employees and the customers had to share 1 bathroom and idk what's in the air there or if a party was going on but everyone wanted to be in that bathroom and with the seating 3 feet away the smells.........and lack of washing hands so 4 stars sorry .

I was very impressed by their service and attentiveness to me. Especially when I returned my rental car. There is a gentleman whose name I cannot recall. I believe it was Scott Bowman. He was an olive skinned gentleman with short hair and we talked about his haircut because I was thinking of cutting mine like that. Not only did he take the time out to discuss his haircut with me, he was extremely kind to me and patient with me. He had outstanding customer service skills and deserves a raise. I am very appreciative of him.

Overall a great experience working with Riley at this loaction. His customer service and personal accommodation was a 10/10, the vehicle provided for us was super clean and gave us a smooth ride. Will be renting any future cars from this location my family and i are VERY pleased.

My parents and I recently rented a gig car for the day and it stopped working on the 101 - just stopped running completely. It was scary and we were close enough to an exit that I was able to pull off the freeway. After a long back and forth with Gig I asked them to just send us in a Lyft to the closest car rental, which was Enterprise on Cleveland Ave.After this scary and frustrating experience Jaymin and Ivet were there at Enterprise and helped us get into a car right away and arranged for us to drop off in Oakland where I live. They were so kind, caring, funny, and even made suggestions on places to eat in Healdsburg which is where we were headed.I cant thank them both enough for their kindness and compassion as they took a situation that another rental agency caused, and found a perfect solution.Thanks so much to Jaymin and Ivet!!

Booked a same day via online when store is closed. Riley confirmed by phone and text as soon as they open.Yvette was very knowledgeable about their vehicles when I asked her questions.Been renting cars all over US and the world. This by far is the most straightforward place to rent. They don't push to sell you stuff you don't need. I got in and out picking up the car in less than 10mins same as dropping off.Big shout out to Yvette and Riley, Cleveland Ave branch is lucky to have them.

I have rented more than my fair share of vehicles over the years, dealt with companies that were fair and some that were not. I’ve used the north Santa Rosa enterprise three times. Every. Single. Time. They have been perfect.Quick, polite, communicative and well informed. They get it done smoothly with no drama, pressure or scare tactics. You want to rent a car? You rent a car, no surprises, no gouging, fair prices.
