They said they would email my rental agreement but I never received it. When I asked for it the second day they said they were having system issues and to call back the next day. I’m not spending every day of my vacation on hold to ask for something. When I did receive something it was just a receipt, not the agreement. A service warning came up on the dashboard the second day, and when I called to ask about it was told to ignore it, but it blocked the digital readout for the whole week.

Great customer service.taylor and amanda were very helpful. I was very disappointed with clevend location because they didn’t give us 7 seater vehicle even we had a reservation like a month ago. But luckily, at the last moment I went to airport blvd location and they help us to get a new reservation for 7 seater ford expedition .. it was a new nice and a clean comfortable car.. thanks for your great service ???

A not exactly stellar experience, was absolutely saved by one young man. On checking in on 03/28/23 at Santa Rosa Airport, I received my vehicle and contract very efficiently, however not knowing the area asked directions to Napa which were given by the young man at the agency next to Enterprise. He took me to road 116, which is two lane backcountry road at night, in pouring rain! A route with some of the worst signage, rather lack of signage I have ever driven. Since I have been driving for 71 years, that says a great deal. The vehicle, Hyundai hybrid, was excellent. Great mileage and easy to drive. Upon return to the Santa Rosa Airport from Napa on 04/04/23, the signage is so bad I ended up in Novato! Now the caper is, the rental car return lot is so far away from the Airport I almost didn't make it as I am handicapped and walking that far with bags almost did me in. I got to the Enterprise counter where your employee, a young Asian man was an absolute delight! He not only responded to my debilitated state, but made sure that Alaska Airline sent a wheelchair for my 2:45PM flight to Orange County Airport with wheelchair assistance. That return lot is ridiculously far from the Enterprise counter. He made sure I was seated, then went out of his way to contact Alaska of my situation. Oh, I was the only customer at any of the counters, so he was not ignoring anyone else. He is an outstanding representative of Enterprise Company! Gracious, polite and most importantly, aware and responsive. He saw a situation and took the initiative to remedy the situation. He is very good at what he does and I am in his debt. I was digging for my wallet to take care if him and he was gone! You cannot ask for better service. Thank You for adding him to your staff.

We drove from LAX to Santa Rosa. We stayed there 3 days before realizing we had a damaged tire. We take our Cadillac Escalade XL to the Santa Rosa Airport location at 2200 Airport on Friday, November 18th. We asked for a replacement premium car. They exchanged it for a Nissan Armada. They had a Jeep Wagoneer and refused to exchange our Escalade for the Wagoneer or Suburban and they had approximately 3 of them available. The Armada didn't have the legroom of the Escalade. We are driving back to LAX if a car type not reserved and are very uncomfortable. They didn't try to accommodate us, considering they had SUV's in the fleet to do so. DO NOT rent from them. They have very poor customer service and limited inventory.

Car rental and return was easy and pretty quick. Picked up at one airport and dropped off at another after a week. Chevy Malibu was clean and peppy. A no problems at all rental. Highly recommend.

On 9/16/2022 we had a Enterprise representative at the airport named Julian, who went above and beyond for his customers, and waited over a half hour beyond closing for our plane's late arrival. The airport was practically closed, and we would have been stranded an hour away from our destination. The type employee rarely exists these days. Thank you very much Julian. Susan

Not too happy with this place. Sent us off with a car that had terrible rotator warpage a driver side mirror that fell out of its encasement bad window wipers that were greatly needed in the Nevada desert during an extreme downpour on Hwy 80. We also had to replace a back tire enroute due to an existing nail in the sidewall. With all these hazardous issues, I will say Enterprise took about $400 off our rental price. But, they seemed unconcerned that they rented a vehicle to 4 generations and possibly could have harmed all of us.

They were great. Pleasant staff. Gave me an upgraded car without me even asking. One thing, that's not a real big deal, I got charged 5.00 dollars more than my original online order.

We got upgraded from a compact sedan to a Nissan Pathfinder with all the bells and whistles, which was much appreciated as the atmospheric river bomb cyclone hit Northern California for nearly the entire time we were there. Pick up was perhaps the easiest car rental pick-up ever, drop off even easier, and no hitches. No complaints!

Had to swap out our original vehicle for something more comfortable for 4. Gerald and Taylor were very accommodating, and they were hustling during a busy time to get everyone situated. Great service, good people.
