Literally, so easy. I booked through Priceline and had zero problems. The Santa Rosa airport is so tiny that you're from your gate to the desk in mere minutes. I was quickly checked in and was able to grab my car in no time. The cars are parked just outside of the airport and I was out in no time. I was assigned a 2023 Jeep that it was in perfect condition. I also appreciated it had an extra wipe in there for extra clean comfort! I was super impressed with the car I was assigned and had a great time driving through the rolling hills of wine country.

My arrival to Santa Rosa was delayed due to weather. I notified the office of the delay. Dan was on duty and organized the vehicle pick-up since I wouldn't arrive until after Enterprise business hours. Dan provided clear instructions, including screenshots. He was so understanding and accommodating. The weather was terrible, but Dan made the travel experience much more pleasant.

No electric vehicles or hybrids available at this location. And very limited available availability at other locations. It’s as if climate change doesn’t exist in the world of Enterprise.

We picked up a Ford Expedition for a 9 day rental. The pick-up location was the at Santa Rosa Airport (STS) in CA. Unfortunately the car was in terrible condition. Cosmetically it was unwashed, quite dirty, and had trash inside from the previous renter as well as broken/damaged seat parts in the rear area. The windshield had a crack in it. The vehicle was dinged up and needed paint attention. The vehicle had nearly 64,000 miles logged on it and the miles were not kind to the vehicle. Mechanically the vehicle had suspension, brake and tire wear issues. The car would drift on curves at speeds as low as 40 MPH. The shocks were clearly worn. The brake rotors on the front wheels were scribed such that the car would chatter starting at moderate braking and at higher speeds the steering wheel would wobble from the rotor wear. The tires were likely in legal wear tolerance although the front tires had inside cupping likely indicating the wheels being out of balance and possibly alignment issues along with the shock wear. We were busy on this trip with many short non-freeway trips therefore returning the vehicle was not going to work for us.When we returned the vehicle I was greeted by the manager Gio. There was no disguising my frustration and disappointment with the rental. Gio immediately deescalated the situation with ample poise and was very sincere that he wanted to "make it right". He did not debate the defects of the rental in any manner; Gio was focused on my satisfaction and was genuinely concerned. We discussed the matter and I was granted a refund without debate or acrimony. Gio showed remarkable leadership for a person of his age as other employees at the counter watched him skillfully handle a challenging situation. As a business person I was impressed at his acumen. Enterprise should be proud of this employee. I have written this review not because of the refund received nor was I requested to submit a review by anyone. When I purchase a product or service I don't haggle on price and gladly pay a premium for a satisfying and trouble free experience. Enterprise has been a good rental provider for me and this is the only mishap that I can ever recall. If it were not for Gio's keen sense of customer satisfaction and his front facing skills, you may have lost a loyal customer.

Hertz rented our reserved car so I stepped over the Enterprise and the fixed me up with a cool Mustang convertible.

Great customer service at STS. Rep was ready with our reservation and offered two vehicles of our choice. At drop-off, we were met in the parking lot by a rep who checked us in very quickly, He was friendly and professional.

Not Good. One star review since I had a CONFIRMED reservation and they didnt have a car, and could not fulfill the obligation. Furthermore, the smug kid behind the counter told me in three ways how he had 'no control, 'my hands are tied', etc. its a very poor way of conducting ones business and does not encourage repeat customers. while a regular Enterprise user, this location will not be getting my business, ever again.

The car was supposed to be ready at 2:00 pm and I had to wait for over 30 minutes for them to prepare/wash the car so it was a little stressful because I was running late for my event.

STS airport pick up and drop off was very convenient for me. The only thing that was confusing was they gave me no paperwork or emailed me anything as far as documentation. Glad i didn’t get pulled over for any reasons ??
