Went to spend my gift card.Employee wasn't able to use it, so she did a return with a whole new gift card.Went back months later and tried to use the gift card. It had no money in it.So i lost my birthday gift.

Saw online that the store closed at 8:00 p.m. Drive an hour to get here walked in to see the gate being locked down as I got to it at 7:55p.m. Mentioned that to the employee that was closing the gate, his response… “sorry boss”! Maybe the store hours should be amended to reflect when your employees feel like it’s time that they want to close. Now for my hour drive home empty handed. Unbelievable

I was happily surprised when I brought my kids up to the codding town mall and saw Ashley working at this shoe store as well as the one in Petaluma I thought I was in the twilight zone but nope it was her and she recognized me and asked how my shoes were working for me. She told me she has only worked with this company for a month and she's already gone up to assistant manager well the way she works they'd be stupid to let her go thanks Ashley keep rocking the retail world
