My daughter needed a new pair of running shoes for the up coming cross country season, so we went to Fleet Feet because they do a great job at finding the perfect fit for your feet. We walked in with a warm welcome from two employees there and they helped my daughter find the best fitting shoes for her walking style. First they had her walk back and forth with her shoes off to see how she walks, they then had her try on a few pair of running shoes to see what was the most comfortable for her. My family will definitely be back to buy our running shoes from Fleet Feet when we need a new pair of running shoes!

I loved the 3D foot scan analysis. Nick, my salesman, spent considerable time with me making certain that my feet and I were happy. He also let me try on some inserts and made good recommendations concerning the type of running shoe that would work for me. This was a very good experience overall.

Rhonda the owner is so knowledgeable about insoles and shoes and analyzes your walking to determine the best shoe for you. I am sold. I have had knee pain for the last 6 months, but since I got the insoles and Hooka’s I have been pain free.

This review is for the Wednesday fun runs - the fleet feet team from the Santa Rosa store goes all out to mix-up the runs and meeting locations, make everyone feel welcome, and create a convivial, social atmosphere after the runs. If you're new to Sonoma County, or just want a great way to make friends (and maybe bring your furry friend along too), I highly recommend joining one of the Wednesday fun runs, there's always plenty of walkers too!

I had a great visit. I got fitted for new shoes and got a great pair with no wait. I was literally in and out in less than 20 min and the lady who helped me was great - friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location.

I want to give a shout out to Tonya at Fleet Feet. I went in there today with a myriad of feet problems. Tonya listened and spent an incredible amount of time with me trying to find the shoes that would best fit my needs. And she did!Excellent customer service. As I left I told her "you have been the best part of my day!" And she was! Thank you Tonya and Fleet Feet!

The Santa Rosa Fleet Feet on 3rd Street is the place to shop for and buy running shoes. The Owner and Staff are attentive, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. It’s evident how much they care about their customers in their service. The shoe model and sizing I was searching for was out of stock because of the popularity, but I ordered a pair without hesitation because of the experience here. Definitely go to this store if you want a great selection of and helpful advice about running shoes and equipment.

I quickly found out that the exchange policy is 60 days. I had to exchange my pair, they were so heavy & i FELT every single step. I came in after really trying to break them in for a week & a half, finally it was time to give up. Colton was at the register and asked me exactly what i didnt like about them, I explainer the same thing I did the first time, I'm used to running & not feeing a thing and with those shoes I felt it in my knees, calves, and shins. It wasnt fun. He said he could help...we walked over to the wall of womens shoes & he asked me what kind of shoes I'm used to running, I got very lucky as he was familiar with the nike free shoes(thats what i run in) he picked out a few from the back for me to try out and after a short run in the store I knew i had the right guy. Come home that same day to try out my new shoes, and perfection! Thank you Colton!

My wife & I went into Fleet Feet for an Outfitting. Sarah greeted us from the counter and asked if we needed help. She was the one whom ended up help us find some great shoes. She gave us multiple options and had a helpful attitude. Both employees working did great at multitasking.

These people know their business and have a wide selection of running shoes and accessories. I always buy my adult daughter new shoes and they have never disappointed me . They were even referred by my Doctor once.
