Well I'm not sure if this is the biggest Goodwill but it's got to be close . I think it has the biggest selection of books that I know of. Clothes are fine plenty to choose from especially the ladies. Knick knacks a little bit of electronics not much It depends in the donations anyway. Good value I just bought a good shirt yesterday. Services really good they always keep the place neat and clean. Someday the dresser rooms will be open up which I have no idea why they're not I guess we got to try them on on the in the aisles. Sorry for the ladies..

Huge store. Fairly well organized. Kinda cluttered in the housewares section. I found some cute Clarks sandals in good shape.

They are in business to make money, I donate other places now. Habitat For Humanity is better.

I have been shopping here for years and spend conservatively 1k a month here, however as they have started a new policy in which they can up price merchandise at the register despite its colored tag I will not be back. No reason to spend hours shopping only to have my cost doubled at the register...

It's a shame because this store is so big and well kept. But they don't allow access to changing rooms OR returns. You got to allow one or the other. Most other thrift shops have their changing rooms open now. And I get if you don't want them open because lack of staff or theft- but then you should allow returns.

This is my favorite goodwill location. Lots of great finds of all sorts! My husband does work for goodwill just not at this location but this location has always been my favorite before he worked for them. It is a good place to work for as well. My second favorite location is the industrial Dr. Next to where Kmart used to be. I always find flip top glass jars there as I am building my collection for my kitchen.

Donation lane closed 30 minutes early; I even called to confirm donation hours before heading over. Attendant was locking gate when I arrived and refused to open it.

Just went by to donate some items. Everything was brand new, except the clothing and that was all they wanted. The outside person wasn't sure so he asked the supervisor to come and see and the supervisor was too busy. None of these items were junk or damaged. We just didn't need them. Turned down new silicone loaf pans, new fog machine, an in box never opened lit mirror (36x42) that we couldn't use or return because it took our contractor too long to put it up.

This used to be the best Goodwill, but it has gone way downhill. In short, it's very overpriced and disorganized. First, the "value pricing" they started a few years ago (before COVID) is a complete ripoff. They charge $6 for a shirt (or more, if it's "nice"), when I could go buy a brand new shirt for $6 at Ross next door or for less than $5 at Walmart. Jeans are $10 minimum, which is ridiculous for how worn some of them are. Long gone are tag sales and discounts! Seems like it would be better for everyone if they had tag sales -- they could get rid of the stuff that isn't worth the standard "value pricing", and people in tight circumstances could finally find something in their price range.Second, this "value pricing" and "no returns" policy is utterly ridiculous given that their fitting rooms are STILL closed because of COVID. I'd rather pay $12 for brand new jeans at Walmart, where I can actually try them on and still return them if they don't fit, than pay Goodwill $10 for worn jeans I can't return. Third, the book section used to be amazing! There were a ton of books, and they were very well organized. I only needed to scan a shelf or two to find what I was looking for. Now, all of the books are just thrown on the shelf in no order. This is ok for smaller locations (like Industrial or Sebastopol), but there are too many book shelves here to go through to see if they happen to have anything specific, like a crockpot cookbook, or the new autobiography of so-and-so. To fix:1. Bring back tag sales.2. Open dressing rooms and/or allow clothing returns within X days.3. Re-organize the books!

Great variety of clothes & home goods!! Too bad their pricing is so off! Some of the same stuff is brand new & cheaper (even on sale!) at Ross 2doors down. This GW used to be open later & now they close at 6: Maybe if they stayed open later again & ran an occasional sale on the over priced stuff, they might steal some of the Ross customers!!But then again with GW being a multi- million dollar company, they must figure why bother? Knowing they’ll still get the donations.

Not a good place to shop anymore. They’ve intentionally left the shelves extremely low for over two months. Used to be a good store.
