I was able to design my own wedding band, something Zales said they could do but then said that they couldn't. I'd recommend Kay over Zales, hands down.

Two months waiting for a refund. They sent me two of the same orders. Customer service and instore service have not been able to figure out the problem. I have made two payments on an item I am waiting to return. Would not recommend to anyone.
