If you leave to grab food while your clothes are washing, there’s a good chance they’ll be stolen. I highly don’t recommend this place. The owners are nice, but there’s literally a sign that says “wash at your own risk.” No one should have to worry about their belongings being stolen at a place they’re paying for service.

Machines are absurdly expensive and every one of them is in need of maintenance. Payment app needs to be prepaid and then deducts from your account without actually starting machines. App is a total scam. Clearly management does not care about customer experience

Decent variety of machines.
How busy it is depends on time and day of week.
Limited seating. There is a pay app (mentioned in a previous review) that sounds good if ya don't have change for the change machine.
There's broken equipment that I don't seem to realize until my clothes are already in it! Not really clean facility but convenient.

I am always in the hunt for a clean, affordable laundry place with amenities. This place is not my favorite. The only reason I use this place is because so far they have a few washers that are less pricey than I have found yet. The place is in a cell dead zone. They don't have restrooms. The floor is always a bit messy. This last time I went several of the dryers were out of service, their vending machine that has laundry bags was broken as well.

Good laundry, the bad thing is that when you go to wash you finish and want to dry your clothes, people arrive with clothes to dry clothes that were not washed there

This is an okay place to do laundry. I only come here to wash over sized stuff. Normally it's very busy. Prices of washers is too expensive. But since I come here few times a year I deal with it. There is an app you can use but I didn't see it in time to give it a try. Pay range is the app just in case you are interested in trying it. Personally I'd rather use quarters. Maybe I'm old fashion in that sense.

I went there today. Sunday. My bf and I came here with our daughter to do laundry since every other laundromat we went to was completely packed, let’s just say when we got here it looked pretty decent from the outside, not too bad. I felt good about this place but let me tell you once we entered, we noticed it was completely packed, everyone started staring at us which I didn’t appreciate because we were just checking if there were any washers available for us to do laundry but I felt unwanted as everyone was giving us weird looks. No washers available for us. There was even a few homeless people in the back who had a lot of there stuff there and it was a mess. This place looked like it was taken over by these homeless people in the back of the laundromat. Also the other customers were being rude by not letting us get through. We decided we wouldn’t ever feel comfortable doing laundry here so we left. I was not able to take pictures since I only came here to check if any washers were available. My hands were occupied since I had my daughter in my arms. In the end we did laundry where we always do it which is Rohnert park.

My first time at a laundromat. There is an app you can download that you can pay for your loads. The app charges you for using thier app for each load. The app is called pay range. You can also use the change machine. The cost for the machines range, I saw a giant one for $9.75 per load which would be a large or extra large load. What I would consider a medium load is $5.75 per wash, small machines were $4.00 per load. Drying was $0.75 for 5 minutes? I think that was the price.I'm not sure how much the laundry detergent was as we brought our own but they do have stuff there.Cleanliness eh could use a good scrub down. Some broken machines. They had a few benches you could sit on as well.I went in on Sunday morning 8am and it was very very busy and hard to find a machine. I don't think it's normally that busy as I overhead someone say it was a busy day.

The woman that runs the laundromat was so friendly and helpful. The customer service was amazing. She went above and beyond to help everyone.
