I called for a tax question and the lady who answered the phone was very rude had attitude sucking her teeth because I was unaware about how tax refund ? workedShe was very unpleasant to my question so who ever answered the phone on 3-28-2024 5p.m. shake off your unpleasant manners and you should speak like a nice young lady not some old mean dirty hag!!!! Won't be returning to them for my tax!!!! gotta find someone new now I'm ashamed to have used them in the past!!!!

We switched over to using Javier at Liberty Tax for our annual taxes several years ago and will be using his services from here on out. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and has incredible skill with handling our taxes (they are fairly complicated). We trust his expertise and advice hands down. He values our time and has never treated us like a number. Plus, he’s always really nice and patient with my toddler when I need to pop in with her (always gives extra points in my book). Highly recommend.

I had my taxes done at Liberty Tax on Piner Road I dropped them off 2 weeks ago and they said it would take a week the following Thursday April 6th Jorge I think that was his name he explained everything he did and even showed me. I was really happy with my experience with Liberty Tax.Thank you

After two months of struggle and waiting in line on the phone with HR, I finally asked for refund from them, and decided to take my files to Liberty Tax at this branch.They were so helpful and responsive. Helped with everything small and big. Saved me so much time, and at the end I had better tax returns. Simple and Amazing.
