After two months of struggle and waiting in line on the phone with HR, I finally asked for refund from them, and decided to take my files to Liberty Tax at this branch.They were so helpful and responsive. Helped with everything small and big. Saved me so much time, and at the end I had better tax returns. Simple and Amazing.

I had used Liberty Tax Services for many years in San Rafael which closed. I was wondering if it would be worth it to drive to Santa Rosa to have them help me there. In short DEFINITELY. First I was greeted cheerfully by tax preparer Ruby who was efficient, friendly and professional. I had been so dreading this tax season since I thought I would have to owe big time and my taxes this year was, to put it mildly, overwhelming. Can you imagine how delighted I was to exit their office today with the memory of Ruby's kind voice in my ears telling me the amount of a significant tax refund. Great service and so thankful I sought them out!

Great tax place to go to. Very friendly and a comfortable atmosphere. Javier is the only person I let do my taxes because he does them right everytime and I feel confident knowing that. I been going there for years now and I will continue to do so and recommend their services to others as I have over the years.
