The tall blonde cashier named Karla Ford was extremely rude. Rumor has it she got fired for stealing food. I hope the management of Lucky's knows their cameras need to be relocated to catch employees from stealing and hiding food in employees cubbies.

Just an hour or so ago had my checker and bagger, who are old enough to know better badmouth another colleague of theirs while I was standing right there at their station. Not the first time nor the first major chain grocery store to have this happen. It reflects VERY poorly on your character, your (lack of) professionalism, and your employer. I don't care if you're in a private conversation about a celebrity or even about a personal life experience, that kind of behavior/talk is unacceptable in the public realm and should not happen any time customers are within earshot. Funny how I've never had this occur when shopping at non-chain and/or private grocers where employees are treated/paid fairly...

Bait and switch. Digital coupons prices don’t match what the products are labeled the price is different and the product description doesn’t match what is in the weekly ad. Specifically asked 2 employees and they literally handed me the wrong product and told me it was the sale product. Go up to pay put the phone number in and guess what wrong product. Not shopping here waste of time.

The workers are rude. I was assaulted twice by one employee, and verbally assaulted by 4 of them the whole time I was trying to fix my tire on my bike after I came out of the store, and the same one who assaulted me was also kicking my belongings on 2 occasions. Very uncalled for, and unprofessional!!!!!! If I could give a negative star rating I would!!!!

Usually I always have a good experience but today I went for some chicken tenders and me and another lady were waiting in line trying to get the workers attention and she was clearly ignoring us. I get it you’re busy but it’s still your job to help out. I’ll still shop here but I won’t shop at their deli anymore. I’ll just go to Safeway or I’ll just go to Safeway now in general for everything.

I used to go here frequently as a student at Montgomery high, right next door. However I've been made aware of a friend who works there dealing with unwanted harassment. They are a 17yr old female and have been dealing with a coworker RYAN, who is in his 30s!! He's been closely inappropriate to and around/involving them. He was reported to management but since he hasn't had any mentioned* earlier instances reported they don't want to believe it and deal with the actual problem. They're asking her to switch stores, A 17 YEAR OLD, instead of the 30 YEAR OLD MAN who has been harassing her. PLEASE HELP TO GET THIS TO STOP NOW
