Understaffed w/only one dressing room available for all clothing depts on 2nd level. The staff that they do on hand (2 women) are very helpful when it's finally your turn.

Nadine works in the jewelry department and she helped me pick out a nice watch within my budget. She had a wonderful disposition and she was so helpful and considerate that i am a young college student so she made sure to find me something that was within my budget and that was nice. She is an amazing person overall. I will definitely be returning here for all of my needs back to this location because Nadine made it a delightful experience!

As a Macys fan and new to Santa Rosa I am so disappointed on the poor selection of products from furniture to bed and bath. It looks like a Macy's going out of business and maybe it should just close. I now have to drive to San Rafael to shop at that Macys location. Cording ton Macys is depressing.

The one reason I hate shopping at Macy's is their lack of registers being open. Always long lines and only 1 register open. And if another opens up, she helps 1 person and then leaves to do an errand. Not acceptable in my book.

The only reason I even bother to go to this Macy's is because it's closer. Most of the time I receive very unprofessional return services here. Save your time and go to the Downtown Macy's. More inventory and the workers are actually decent. Thanks for all the attitude and wasting my time!

Store had so much variety and because it’s in California the location had an array of jackets and vests, which Texas usually lacks hence the weather differences. But this Macy’s location had so much for each department including toys and gifts for this time of the year(holidays). Staff in the cosmetics and jewelry departments were attentive and asked if we needed assistance and wasn’t just standing in their areas on their phones or anything. They were also very knowledgeable in their areas from perfumes to makeups to jewelry. The store is never packed when I shop mainly cause I go mid morning when I expect the least amount of people to be there. Overall this store is great and well stocked and very clean and organized.

Online order person failed to put macy’s little transaction tracker/return sticker/label on product so store won’t recognize it as purchased there. Cust svc does not understand what the sticker is so cannot understand the problem. 2 hours on chat and phone, ZERO SOLUTION to THEIR ERROR.No idea how this place stays in business.
