Although the store is privately owned, when it comes to customer service you are unlikely to get anything more than a generic corporately generated recital of policy as an excuse for lacking product/system/network knowledge, which seems to be the consistent reason you can't get any help or answers with any metro 'hangup' you might encounter. Or maybe they're just lazy. Either way they clearly don't care about your business.

Alex made my upgrade so much easier he was very patient with me and talked to me about all the options I had for monthly payments, transferred my other phone with new one I was very happy with the customer service. Will definitely let people know to go metro!

Google maps said the store was open until 8pm on Sundays. Got there at 7pm only to find they had closed at 6pm. Like no employees have a few minutes to update the stores Google maps page information. Please. Major inconvenience driving all the way here for nothing. Get it together Metro.

I went to this location and paid my bill on september 29th in cash and 2days later my phone was disconnected so i went back to the store and i spoke to the staff and they told me i haven't paid. I dont recommend this location to aanyone as they are nothing but thieves my bill. So basicly tbey pocketted my monoey and i asked to speak to the managaer since then no one has returned my calles or even bothered to investigate this. They atmre bunch of thieves and im very dissapoined

I came in to upgrade two of my devices, note this, i went in to a different store and they did not offer me any sort of discount, so i decided to go to this metro, employee Blanca gave me the best discount on not only one device but two. Plus added an extra discount for being a loyal customer. Will obviously make this my new store!!!

10 STARS JOSE the sales professional here helping me was exceptional and magnificent! Considering the very low pay these young people recieve Jose didnt let that stop him and fir being 18 and to display such warm engaging authentic desire to solve my problems shows me Jose is why i didnt need to shop fir the best. deal... His proactive listening skills were on full display and i saw this skill first hand..his mature polished poise was extra ordinary considering his age..WOW! I came in NOT TO BUY but to price shop ..I expected the usual horrific bad underwheling service to be expected from low wage uninspired workers who work at telecom companies like Verizon.Sprint.ATT etc..not surprisingly Boost mobile made it impossible for me to get service related concerns addressed. I spent 35 min getting nowhere and Jose demonstrated world class professional service by suggesting so many out of the box ideas to win my business and his genuinely caring to make me happy worked .. I saw it in his eyes and warm smile. The service i recieved on August 24th was amazing and unconmon. Thank you Jose !! You showed professional business class and exrta ordinary customer service to me and my wife Anna i wouldn't be suprised if i read about you in the press democrat news paper business section seeing you showcased as a dynamic market influencer working at some fortune 500 corporation setting new sales records! Your really that good Jose thank you..
