I started in MARCH to pay my niece cell. The 2 employee girls went beyond customer service. Today I came in to pay my niece cell and to ask about internet for my home. PAO SHE is a total asset to Metro and this unit. She impress me with the knowledge of Metro products. I had lost a little interest and went to t-mobile. The worse service I have had. My monthly bill was only to be 55.00 senior. But since I just moved into my home no internet using my hit shot my bill is now 265.00 how does this happen no customer service no offers no monthly. So I made the decision to pay off my balance and anything else close my account came back to Metro. Especially this unit. So I personally Thank Pao. Marie M

I like Metro's service for the most part, but the employees at the stores really can't seem to do that much for you anymore, and they will take your money.

I will never go back, the manager girl was very rude, they started talking Spanish right in front of me, and continued to help other people as they were trying to help me, very poor customer service.

I am not one to complain, but at this point I have to. I have been a MetroPCS customers for 10+ years and recently bought a new phone. That is when ALL the problems started. When I would text someone, that person would not only receive the text I sent them, but also texts from other people too. My text messages were crossing over. That is a TOTAL BREACH of privacy!!! And one of the texts that crossed over to the wrong person had my banking information. I was beyond afraid to continue using the phone so, I called the store and explained the situation. I asked for a new type of phone because I didn't trust the model I had. I was willing to pay any price difference, but they said no, they could only exchange it for the same model. So we tried that. I got a replacement phone but it didn't correct the problem. Then I went in yet again and they tested the line and said, the problem should be fixed now... but it still wasn't. My personal life has been effected by this!!! So, I stopped working with them. I asked them to stop my service immediately before more damage could be done. And then I asked for my money back for the horrible phone, but they refused. They said it was against policy. I can't believe they can do that to me! I am out a couple of hundred dollars (including the phone, case, screen protector, extra battery and phone case) and the phone has had irreversible effects on my life and that is how they chose to handle it??? That is ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!!! I will be contacting the corporate office.

Horrible service! My husband purchased a phone there and was told that he could return it if he didn't like it. When he went in the next day to exchange the phone he was told that phone was non-refundable because he used the same phone number. So if you are looking to get a new phone and keep your same number dont shop for phones at Reyes & Metropcs.the best part was when the manager said that they text messaged him the store policy. Gee you've already made the purchase you know that non-refundable purchase. That kinda policy should be posted in the store.everyone of these dealers have their own policies. They don't post it in the store because people would think twice about purchasing an 800.00 dollar phone from them. So people be ware of this store and make sure you ask for a store policy before purchasing anything from this metro dealer. This was the third phone my husband has purchased from Reyes & Metrospcs never heard of this policy come out of any employees mouth, yet the manager insisted that she believed her employee told him when I said well then it's her word against his why not have that policy posted in the store. All I got was a hang up Lol! Don't shop for phones at this store they are really rude and shady.

Horrible service! Make sure you get their policies in writing before you purchase a phone from this place. My husband purchased a phone there and was told that he could return it if he didn't like it. The next day he returned to the store to exchange the phone and was told it was non-refundable because he has used the same phone number from his old phone. This is the store policy. He was not told verbally or in writing. When I talked to the store manager she told me that this is her policy and it's not refundable. She said that she believed her employee that she told him verbally. I asked her why is this policy not posted in your store? She told me they sent him a text message. I said well that's to late because he has already made the purchase. My husband has purchased three phones from this metro dealer and has had the same phone number. The last phone was purchased 6 months ago and keeped the same number that he has had for at least 10 years and was never told on any of his purchases that if you keep the same phone number it makes it non-refundable, so beware of this metro dealer don't buy your phone from them.

Do not buy your phones from this place this place will rip you off this is not a metro dealer this belongs to radius which only service Mexicans, if you buy a phone from here expect to be overcharged, and if you have technical problems this place is not the place to bring it because the people here do not know anything about their phones the people working in this place are incompetent just like Reyes is a company posing to be Metro out to rip off by your phone someplace else but not here
