If I could give zero stars, I would give this store none. But I just wanted to give my honest review to this store... the people here act like they are Gucci or a high end brand. I came one day and it was pouring so I was severely underdressed and soaking wet.. thought no one would care in this store... WRONG! They gave me a dirty a** look as if I want to steal their cheap bags. The other day I came back, I came with my LV bag and dressed professionally as I just got out of work, they treated me as if I would spend a dime at this store. Srsly? NO.

I bought a beautiful handbag 7 months ago and started using it 4 months ago. The front zebra panel started breaking down and did not look good.The rest of the bag looked like new. I contacted Kors customer support and sent receipt, bag tag information and photos. They said it didn’t look like a defect and they would not be able to help me resolve it. It would have been nice if they stood behind their products.

I would give zero stars alone on customer service, I went into Micheal Kors this past Sunday with my son and I was not greeted like my white counterparts before me or after me who were also informed of additional deals . There were two employees who both acted as if I didn’t exist and carried on with conversation. I was going to purchase a purse on the wall but decided not to because I did not feel welcomed and walked over to Kate Spade where I received warmed welcomes from the employees there. I won’t be going back.

just purchased a dress in the Santa Rosa store the sales staff was very helpful. I am very pleased with the kindness. ( hardly found in these days.) all had a hand in helping me without fear of losing commissions I would recomend this store and the sales associates in it. Michael Kors. has the very best quality.

Megan was amazing! I called to see if they had a certain Michael Kors handbag I had been looking for and she was so helpful in helping me find it and she also helped me to get the repairs done on my other Michael Kors handbag! Honestly this had just made my day..thank you so much Megan!
