Customer service is horrible, prices are way over the cost probably because they need to charge more because the customer base is so small. Was in there one time felt like I was being watched for some reason, sure I want to steal your light bulb. Just pulled up 5:30 the gate is open. I park my car as I'm getting out they lock the door in my face practically. Wow that is definitely not how you keep a customer coming back. Every time not just this time you have let me down. I will not be coming back again good luck Sonoma county.

I have been going to this hardware store for 20 years and have purchased everything from penny screws to decking and building supplies. They have garden equipment and a specialty shop on the upper level.I have also been treated with kind, honest, and prompt service. They are not going to have the inventory of a big box store, but this is an excellent neighborhood hardware store.

I bought 3 6x3 redwood planter boxes from Mission Hardware in Santa Rosa. Rob was very helpful in selecting boxes They had wire bottom to protect from gophers. Boxes were delivered promptly. The two employees delivered and set them up where we need them. The whole transaction was great. Driver call to let me know they were on way. They were careful of my property and plants. We are totally satisfied and will use Mission Hardware for future projects.

Got charged for a different planter than the one I wanted, asked for a refund but wasn't told until afterwards that it takes 2 business days to process. Holding a couple hundred dollars when I never left the store seems strange to me so I asked for a manager got a rude "they can't do anything". Considering the unprofessional staff and the weird refund policy I recommend going to another hardware store.

Good, but smaller, hardware store. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Since this is in my neighborhood, I like to support it.

The most wonderful experience here! I found out that it was my bosses birthday. On my way to work, and I wanted to stop and just find a little something, the gal behind the register was so helpful, and she went above and beyond wrapping the mug and making it look beautiful by far the best customer service I've had in a long time! Thank you so much

This Ace has has a large inventory of basic home hardware supplies. The upstairs gift section is very fun for last minute gift ideas. I only come here because it's the closest Ace. The service is terrible. Ace is usually where you go for impeccable service, but this one finds you requesting basic help every time I go in. The younger staff actually works harder at avoiding good customer service. Like I said before, great inventory but if you actually need help or great customer service go to the Ace on Yulupa Ave.

I have to call back and find out the name of the young lady who answered the phones and manned the register on Octove 1, 2022.She was so sweet, and so helpful. I really appreciated her kindness. i also really like and respect the owner whoI believed worked today. Either that or he is the manager. He is always so helpful and nice as well. this is a wonderfully run business and I am happy to support them!

Went in today to buy a part for my sink. The young lady behind the register greets me so I walk over, show her the part that needs to be replaced and she says aisle 9....there is another young lady and 2 young men behind the counter also. Every other Ace I have been in the employee helps me find what I need...not here. I walk to aisle 9 and I can't see the part I need. Meanwhile I hear a woman asking for help to carry something, the group of 4 say something and the woman replies "fine I'll just get it". I decide to leave since no help is being offered. I drive home and decide to stop at Hardesters in Middletown that has an Ace inside. I walk in show the part to the VERY helpful employee and get the part and on my way in 5 minutes. All Ace stores ARE NOT the same and I won't bother ever stopping at this one since they don't employ staff that helps....that's Aces draw...having employees that are customer oriented and know the products they carry.

I bought a Weber BBQ several weeks ago during a special that included free assembly and delivery. It did not work, I called Weber who diagnosed a faulty valve and sent out a new one.......still didn't work so I visited the store and was very put off by my interaction with the manager which led to a subsequent conversation that didn't go well. I was angry and nasty. To make a long story short, even after my poor behavior he sent someone out to pick up the BBQ, fix it and bring it back to me. Apparently the BBQ was fine, it must have been our gas tank that caused the problem so he threw one in! I was initially very critical of his customer service but clearly he is someone that will bend over backwards to make it right. I very much appreciate his help and publicly apologize for my behavior.

I absolutely love this store. All of the employees are so nice and helpful. Every time I go in there I ask for what I need and they walk me to each item and make expert recommendations. I’m so grateful for that. I visited on a Sunday morning and everyone was so cheery and they knew each other’s names. It’s just a sweet spot for home maintenance needs. I have never not been able to find what I’m looking for. They have earned my business and I will continue to shop here as long as I live in the neighborhood.
