Relatively pleased with the gym except for the weekend hours are so prohibitive I and many others have to work on Saturday and it's impossible to get there before work and need to work out after work it's very expensive to not have those hours

Visited Parkpoint Health Club today with $2000 cash in hand to pay for two yearly memberships. Disappointed by the lack of assistance at the front desk, where we were unable to proceed further. The woman on duty was rude and abrupt, leaving us with a negative impression. Hoping for improved customer service in the future to match the standards expected at a health club."

I love this place and I'm not exactly a "gym girlie". Everyone is super welcoming and even when the parking lot seems crowded, I can always get to the equipment I need. The towel service is a great touch that allows me to actually use the extra amenities the club offers (pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room). I actually turn the weekends into spa days here (: If I could change anything, the club would stay open later- especially on the weekends.... But the fact that there aren't any gym rats here make the hours tolerable. Initially my hubby and I enrolled, now our daughter joins us too

The gym itself is not bad and the staff is really nice, but the hours and size of the gym are horrendous. They close super early and the gym is simply not big enough for all the members. When I signed up, they said if they received more members they would eventually extend the hours, but they haven't and the gym always feel crowded. On the weekends for some reason they close at 5PM!!!!

In December 2022 I joined Parkpoint on Dutton. The fitness classes sold me on the gym. The staff is friendly. A nice surprise is the beer on tap and wines by the glass after a workout. About 20 times a month I exercise here and I'm looking forward to Pickleball next month.

This gym is fabulous!! All the equipment, classes, outdoor pickleball/ indoor raquet ball courts, pool & sauna w/out the serious posers. Approachable, welcoming plus a sense of community through their lecture series...and ALL for a reasonable monthly charge. In addition there's parking!!! For those who like to bike to the gym, never fear...you can store yr bike in the gym - whew. No worries of theft. Gotta love that!!

Originally I signed up for this gym to use the pool in the summer. They have music on saturdays and sell alcohol so that was sadly the draw for us. November came along and my pants were fitting snug so I decided to actually use my membership to work out. They have really cool classes that focus on specific work outs and cycling classes! They also have weights and cardio machines, rowing and a weight room. I'm addicted to working out now and taking cycling classes so much that I bought a pair of cycle shoes. My belt that never fit me is now at the 3rd notch. Also there's emails that go out about anything relevant and I think that's super great and love the communication.

I joined park point a few months ago and although Healdsburg is my home gym I tend to prefer the Santa Rosa location better. The gym area is much bigger and they have way better water pressure than Healdsburg. This is a very nice established club

I recently moved to Santa Rosa and was in search of a gym with a steam room and hot tub. I was excited to find this fairly close to my house, they have a great selection of cardio machines and free weights. I mainly come after work which is around 6 or 7 and usually there is no more than 10 people there which is awesome. I have been going here for about 3 months and every time I go I see something new that starts to bug me. I jumped at this place because the sense of community is great but the place is not clean. For the price that they charge their members, this place should be clean. The spa facilities is covered in mold/ rust and smells of it. I'm not quite sure when the last time they updated the steam room but the smell in there is horrid. I was so excited about this place and initially I thought that maybe I just came at a time when they were short staffed but I quickly realized that they never fully clean the bathrooms or wipe down those areas at all and it shows. Just sad because this place has so much potential. This gym is awesome besides that but I truly only came here for the steam room and hot tub. if that isn't an amenity you are looking for than this would be a great gym for you.

The Parkpoint Club of Santa Rosa, California is my favorite health club! I have been a happy and healthy member since it first opened in August, 1983 (39 yrs.)!
