I really enjoy shopping at this Petco location. The shelves are always well stocked, the staff are very patient and helpful, also this Petco store is less scattered and kept clean. Their selection of live animals are also a little different, more exotic like chinchilla, and the Jackson chameleon.

An awesome place any pet. They got everything for birds, mice, reptiles, fish, corals, invertebrates, and even dog and cat goodies!It has a VetCo vet inside and also have a dog grooming and nail trimming setup. You can even watch it go down via the glass windows.The workers are super friendly, and they love my dog when I bring her in.You can also price match on their website. Check it first because it always seems to be way cheaper online.

2nd visit, sub par grooming/haircut. Both visits we had to point out missed/long hair manager made excuses but she personally fixed the trouble spots. You get what you paid for, dropped off at 7am came back at 9am they hadn’t started on our dog. He was ready in under an hour. Definitely a rushed poor job. Will not bring our pet back for a 3rd time. Will wait for a professional groomer appointment next time.

Still out of the litter from Sophresh after 3 months of waiting. The clerks were unhelpful and didn't even offer to ask anyone else for answers. They just said they didn't know about location of specific products or stock within the store. Not a good way to run a business. They need some better management to get my business. I may have to order from Amazon instead of doing business with my local Petco.

Sita the store manager does not call applicants after an interview. No call. No email. Nothing. I hope the animals in the store are treated better than highly qualified people she interviews and leaves hanging. I doubt it.

Buyer beware! If you shop at Petco and find that you have to return or exchange a product you bought, Petco will NOT allow you to even allow you to get the correct size if you go past 30 days.Doesn't matter how long you've been a client of Petco, no matter that the item you're exchanging for a better size is still brand new with original tags on them, they will NOT let you exchange and get the correct size.Petco has this "not past 30 days" info buried in the normal fine print but in the past, used good judgement and tried to help customers. Not now...you are simply out the money.I left the very nice jacket to donate to charity because it's too big for the dog I gifted it to. Petco's staff were happy to help me give it away but would do nothing to help me get what I needed.

Literally wouldn't let me buy 1 fish though I told the lady I am getting a bigger tank after leaving here she said then come back and get the fish after you get the tank, I'm only taking him because he's almost dead!!! There are so many dead fish in this store it is scary

They have gone down hill over the past five years and seem like they are not going to try and change. The entire staff seemed defeated and grumpy to even be there. If this was a one off I would say nothing, but it seems like this Petco is a horrible place to work. Add in the cost increase, and I'm going to try other places.

This store is very dirty. The rug at the front door looks like it has never been cleaned or vacuumed. The floors in the entire store seems like they sweep down the middle but no detail cleaning. There is a lot of dust on some of the dog food bags. Every time we go here there is food on carts in the middle of an isle that never seems to be put away. We first went to the Sahuarita Az store and it was very nice and clean and employees were very helpful. D Donatello not the Santa Rosa store

Great experience here while shopping. The knowledgeable staff with out any hesitation knew exactly where everything was. The items where well stocked and neatly organized on the shelves. It was a wonderful experience thanks so much.

worst shopping experience ever! I have a 20 gallon fish tank and would like to buy 2 gold fishes, the sales girl names Sienna told me she won't sell 2 gold fishes to me but only one because for a 20 gallon tank space can only hold one fish. I told her i was told by many sales person i can have no more than 3 so i only want to buy 2. But she insisted she won't sell 2 gold fishes to me. We argued for 10 minutes still won't sell 2 to me. I was so pissed off asked for manager she said she is the manager. I went to the front desk ask if there's another manager luckily the lady at cashier said she is the general manager and she would help me to get the 2 fishes. They should fire that sales girl for giving customers such hard time i just want to buy 2 fishes but she ruined my whole day.
