Will I grew up just a little ways from Montgomery village and it's changed a lot over the years it's a lot more trendy looking more places to sit down and have a meal they have concerts sometimes in the summertime . Ross is pretty much the biggest store there other than maybe Lucky's he has a lot of trendy shops restaurants Little eateries ice it's kind of spread out on couple blocks so You really have to know which side you want to be on it's pretty crowded traffic-wise crossing over so be aware of that . Ross is good I bought a few things there it's large you can get from either side of it in the parking lot straight through. So you can basically loop around and check out other shops to prices are fair selections average it's more of a woman's clothing store like all stores are now .mostly for ladies shopping. You do have a man section maybe three racks sports section maybe some pants t-shirts shirts shoes. They have housewares some paintings Little Knick knacks . It's just like all the rest like TJ Maxx and others there's bargains if you look good service plenty ways to get out they have cashiers on either side of the store a little hell we need it dressing rooms to

My issue with Ross the clothes never last long bottom line and their return policy is even if you used your charge card they can look it up they will not it's receipts are nothing. One can get good deals on shoes there. I advise do not to go to Rohnert Park Ross manager is very rude . Deffently don't buy belts

Best finds of any Ross in Santa Rosa, ca .. also a plus that it's open late! I don't know why it has such low ratings .. good selection in most areas except the craft aisle and car aisle .. pet items pretty scarce too. But home goods , pillows, womens clothes and shoes are well stocked with a good selection of sizes and styles..

In check the skincare products they have because sometimes you can find very good brands for about 50% less and I always like to save money so I can spend it somewhere else.

No way will I go back to this Ross!Today I had a frightening experience. I was blocked from leaving at the dressing room exit because I was not allowed to leave until I followed this clerks unintelligible one sentence direction. She physically detained me. I was blocked from leaving while she refused to accept the clothes from me, or let me set them down either. Another employee had to come over to tell me what she was saying. Then I was able to comply. There was a makeshift little stand off about 20 feet perpendicular to me that she was ordering me to put the clothes on. Ross should have coherent instructions. The employee had a rigid, authoritarian demeanor. She could have chosen to deal with it in a flexible and considerate way but instead was rude.

This store is always stocked. Alot of shoes for man. It's mostly very organized. The store has two exits with cashiers on both sides, one in the back and one in the front. Customer service is great as well.

I have been going to this Ross since the day it opened...and unfortunately their customer service is not what it used to be. .Swearing at customers by security and having them throwing them out of the store claiming it's after closing? Only to have the customer find out when they reach their car that it's still 5 minutes before closing? That seems a bit over the top to me... I'd rather visit some other Ross at this point... UPDATE: I saw that someone else mentioned the tall bald guy a year ago in a post and that is the exact person I am talking about he is a security guard or used to be...the one they have now is a lot nicer... the tall guy was rude and aggressive and intimidating although not very intimidating to me I'm afraid but nice try it just means I don't want to return to the store not because I was intimidated but because of the poor customer service you don't throw customers out of the store before it's even closed in my opinion.

Poor experience. Customer service is the worst. Carts can't be taken out, which is understandable, but it means one must make several trips from the inside of the store to the car which is likely a distance away, since there is usually no space in front. Unlike other ross stores, I was told the staff is not allowed to help, by the manager . Dissapoinring.

They have closed and are no longer at this mall. They have moved into a smaller space in Palms to Pines in Palm Desert, where Smart & FINAL used to be. Seems like a weird location for a Ross store. Tight parking. But the mall they were in is dying a slow death. One by one, businesses are leaving. I probably won't shop at their new location. I like TJ Maxx better.

I've only been to 2 other Ross stores before. This one was completely different. It was clean, organized and had the things I didn't know they carried that I needed for my kitchen. Only thing is there isn't many workers to help with things.
