My first experience at your Santa Rosa store was impressive. The gentleman who handles the ski & snowboard boot department was great. He provided amazing customer service and even custom fit my boots, which I did not expect. I would highly recommend Sports Basement to anyone!

Except for having to hunt down an associate, I had a very good experience shopping for walking shoes. Over the past several years, I have bought all my walking shoes at Sports Basement and been very satisfied with the service and suggestions.
