Huge and great equipped gym. They have a wide range of free weight as well as machine options (many of which are from Hammer Strength). Staff was also incredibly friendly. Was visiting from out of town but if I lived here I would definitely become a member in this gym!

Overall a good place to lift, cardio equipment is older and when it breaks takes months to fix, hasn't been an issue in a while, toilets don't flush all the time, but overall a sweet place to lift,

Great gym for all ages! Ladies only section and a massive amount of equipment for everything you need! Free wi-fi and parking. Get in, no crowd, and get it done.
