My sister and I went in to get some important papers printed. Elaine and Lana were so helpful, and attentive. We had a lot of copies and 2 copies for all papers. Lana & Elaine organized them and took great care. I don’t usually do reviews unless the customer service is above and beyond. These two ladies definitely know how to take care of customers. This is very refreshing in todays age. We will be back for all our printing needs. Thank you!!

Copiers work! Fax machines work! Employees for the copies area most kind and willing.Paper used to make copies very good quality. There is even a stapler, with staples! For customer use.

I went in to get some color copies which the last time didn't turn out so well. This time however they have New color copiers that turned out some beautiful copies. I couldn't tell them apart from the originals. I have never been good at using copy machines and this one was no different. I had to call on the sales person a few times. She was so patient and actually would have stayed with me the whole time but I finally got the idea of how it worked. And the color copies were only .69 each. I certainly will be back the next time I need color copies or anyOffice products

I came in to the Print & Marketing desk to see about getting custom receipt books made up. I had an example to go off of, plus I had a few changes I wanted to add(carbon paper copies, stamped logo, color scheme). It was very busy that day, but the employees made sure it wasn't a long wait before anyone's needs were attended to. They had a quote ready for me the very next business day with a price that was much more budget-friendly than what I had been expecting. On my end of things, there was quite a bit of indecisiveness and people changing their mind, which meant a few days of going back and forth via email, but when the final decision was made, it was only 3 days before I got an email from Staples notifying me the order was ready. I feel a need to single out Larisa, who maintained communication with me through the whole process, was accommodating of my needs, and very helpful in explaining what they could offer me.Because of her and her team, this whole experience was pleasant. My people and I are very satisfied with the finished product, and I will definitely be coming back for all my business needs. 5 Stars

I've been in this store a few times recently to purchase various office supplies, and the staff have always been knowledgeable and helpful. And the store seems pretty well stocked.Most recently I called to see if they had folding tables in stock. They did! They put one on hold for me and had it ready at the counter when I arrived. It was a bit awkward in size and weight, so they even helped me carry it out to the car. Thanks for the great customer service!

I came here to print out an 8x11 document that was supposed to be a gift. I had no idea you need to do this 48 hours in advance. I was sent to a self service printer that didn't work. I asked for some help again and was told they were too busy. When I checked out and was asked if I found everything I needed I explained my issue and the guy just looked at me with a blank stare. Pretty pathetic. I won't return to any Staples.

I wasted lots of time and money with Office Depot for nothing so I walked in this store in hoping someone could help me to fix errors made by Office Depot staff...etc, very nice and well upkeep store with lots of friendly staff! Larisa happily, enthusiastically helped me to fix all errors generated by Office Depot! Both of my business cards (one side for my Djing, mixing production and the other for my nonprofit organization) were properly done and promptly delivered when I came back! I strongly recommend Staples and especially this location! Thank you Larisa and all your assistance regarding my business cards are greatly and kindly appreciated!

Bought a new 14" Lenovo core i5 laptop with touchscreen. James is excellent and knows his stuff. A day later, my sound quit and I took it in. James straightened out the sound problem (it was a software driver) and I haven't experienced any problems since. The price of my laptop was the best compared to other retailers.

Came in midweek around 1:30PM to pick up an online order. The checkout line was halfway to the back of the store! The staff was pleasant and quick enough to retrieve the order from a back room, but they were confused by the alternate pickup person mentioned in the order. I notice the same confusion at Walgreens, where an online order specifies an alternate pickup person. I don't understand why the corporate nincompoops don't come up with a procedure for it, they sure are paid more than the actual workers.

Great place to purchase everything for office, my roaming office, my home office. I love staples and their ability to weather covid that small businesses haven't been able to weather because employees who didn't get vaccines are the employees who get sick with the variant. Those small independent stationary stores struggle too except if they don't give priority of work schedules to vacaccinated employees not anyone shows up to do the work. Staples is always open. There is always someone there to take money in exchange for products I purchase. I like to pay with cash. I don't chose to pay with credit cards. I like cold hard cash. Germs can be spritzed away off money just buy laying out a towel and laying the cash and coins on the towel, using your favorite form of disinfectant. Spritz and let sit for a few moments. Turn over the cash bills and spritz again with disinfectant. Guess what. Clean money safe to use instead of dirty old credit cards with strips on the back that seem to attract wireless thieves and the banks aren't replacing bank cards easily after the cards are hit by unauthorized transactions. The stores lose money when the bank refuses to pay the merchant their money after consumers file claims. It's a viscous cycle. Help out merchants and use cold hard cash. Remember to disinfect the cash prior to using. When you receive change from cashier place in baggy. Throw in your purse and take home and sanitize. Give your children sanitized cash is a good idea.

I had two big file boxes of documents to be copied and I was procrastinating like a professional about getting the job done thinking I’d do it myself. I turned it all over to LARISA at Staples on Cleveland Ave and she accepted the assignment with cheerful service. I am grateful to report that she nailed the brief. The files were copied beautifully, stapled, and returned in exactly the same sequence as the originals. Staples, you made a power move when you brought LARISA onto your team. She made you look good.
