I have been using this location since early 2019 and they do a great job handling my professional mail for me. I just renewed for another year and had a great customer service representative who was extremely helpful and polite. Just now, Sierra answered all my questions promptly and took care of my request to downgrade to a smaller box size in a timely and accurate manner. I wish all my customer service calls could be so pleasant!

On 11/2 at 9:18am I arrived to have some important forms notarized. Upon arrival, I was the only customer. I was approached by Hanna Keith who was working at the time. She asked what services I needed, I mentioned I needed to have some forms notarized. The first thing she says is “oh I’m the only one working so if another customer comes in I have to stop what I’m doing with you to check the other customers out.” She did just what she said she would do which was very unprofessional and poor customer service. In between customers you leave one customer to go check out the next one. Never have I ever experienced such poor biased service. There was an older coupler who walked up to the counter and saw where she was actually helping me, she stop and walked over to help them but they were so kind and offered for her to continue to with what she was doing with me. She motioned her hand towards me and said, “oh it’s just papers that have to be notarized it may take awhile.” Unacceptable! I kindly thanked the older couple for acknowledging me and offer to allow her to finish actually doing her job. I left the store at 9:49, 30mins later when there was absolutely no customer in front of me upon arrival.

Yesterday morning, the store had just opened. I had come in for notary services. Mr. Madden was by himself, and politely explained that he would have to take care of other customers when they came in, interrupting the processing of my notary service. He seamlessly did both, helping 3 customers and going right back to where he was with notarizing my two papers. He kept his cheerful demeanor and sense of humor (my comment about his obvious ambidexterity, led to a brief, entertaining story that we both enjoyed). Yes, I was treated like the most important customer he had taken care of; but, more interesting than that was that Mr. Madden treated me like someone he already knew and respected. Amazing!

VERY poor customer service. Their website said two forms of ID for a mailbox. Said passport acceptable. When I tried to get a box woman told me passport wasn’t acceptable with DL. Said I needed a bill or something. She refused to do what UPS website said. Poor, indeed.

I needed an amazon package delivered today for a trip tomorrow. The message said that the delivery was attempted, but the front door was not accessible. Liers! The door was accessible. Nothing was on the porch. The package to be delivered was small,no one was parked on the curb in front (So what if someone had been.ups trucks park in the middle of the street all the time,) and I was gardening in the yard at "attempted delivery time" and there was no ups truck around!

I'm a senior citizen. I had to return hearing aids. I was so nervous how to do this. Hannah helped me and knew exactly what to do making it so easy for me. Hannah is so helpful and does with such courtesy and a lovely warm smile. Thank you Hannah you are so delightful and professional. I really appreciate you.

UPS 4th street! StreetThis is my go-to spot for anything printing or shipping related. Today, I needed a notary. They do that too. Brianna is always even-tempered and helpful in any situation. Thank you ALL for making it all so easy.Glad you all have Sunday off too :-}

Purchased a UPS label, the person behind the counter had the gall to try and charge 3 dollars to print it. Every other shop and shipping service will print its labels without some silly surcharge. This location has always given me trouble with shipping delays it's only upside is its proximity to other shipping locations, namely fedex and USPS. Avoid this location if you can help it.

This is by far the best UPS store due to its customer service. The associates never charge me to apply one strip of shipping tape and they provide me with options on their services. They are always helpful with answering questions and I have never had an issue at this location. Brianna today was amazing by creating a fast but friendly interaction after having a bad experience at another UPS store. I recommend this location above any other.

I have been to this UPS store many times and a few times I noticed a UPS staff, Hannah, friendly and professional in providing her services to the clients. It helps with the experience of doing Amazon returns which was always a bit of a hassle. A week ago, an old lady in front of me needed a lot of assistance on tech stuff for deliveries. Hannah was patient, friendly and professional. It took awhile for the old lady to figure things out and process. Even when the hour was closed, there wasn't any annoyance coming from Hannah's face, actions or voice. When it was finally my turn, I had so much respect and appreciation for her service rendered to the old lady. And I felt sorry that she had to serve me even at the closing hour as I had been waiting and was the last client in the store. What's more was my returns took awhile as well due to some complications. Great appreciation to Hannah's precious services and to all UPS staff for making the return experiences easier for us.

This is the best UPS Store in Santa Rosa. Inside the Safeway on 4th St. very efficient, always friendly.

I had a passport photo taken at the 4th street location. I submitted my passport application and two months waiting for my passport in the mail i received a letter that my passport was on hold because the photo taken at ups store was not taken correctly. Wrong measurments. Be aware when you need a passport photo.
