Google maps says they are open sunday 11-4pm. The sign on the dront of the store says the same thing. Im here at 12:21pm and they are closed. 1 star.

I visited the UPS store on today hoping to get some assistance with my shipment, but unfortunately, I had an incredibly disappointing experience.Upon arriving, I was shocked to find the store already locked, even though it was before their posted closing time. Feeling a bit desperate, I noticed a staff member inside and politely approached the door, hoping she could help me.To my dismay, the interaction with the white lady behind the counter was nothing short of rude and impatient. Instead of calmly addressing my request, she practically yelled at me and made it abundantly clear that she had no interest in assisting me.As a customer, I understand that situations can be challenging, but I believe that it's important for staff members to maintain a level of professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this was sorely lacking during my visit.

There was a package set out for 7001 Bennett Valley add. 2001 Range Ave got the package. It was sitting on top of mail boxes out in plain view.

Don't count on this place to meet your needs. Not only are they closed 1 hour early but they don't even offer the services listed on their website. Came to get my fingerprints done like the specific UPS store website says at 3pm and they are not only closed but don't offer livescan services!

Review for UPS store 7470 in downtown Santa rosa CA: Sam, the proprietor of this UPS store was friendly and helpful when I dropped off an item to return to an amazon seller. He walked me through the process to print the shipping label that the seller had sent to me, and he waived fees for printing the label and for extra packing materials. Thanks to Sam, a great shipping experience. I'll use this store in the future.

I am shocked at the terrible customer service associated with Amazon returns. The sales associate was completely unhelpful and rude. I will say that when I buy packing from them, they are happy to take my money. they seem to do an ok job with that pet of the service.

This is thee only UPS store I have ever encountered that charges me boxes to return my Amazon purchases. Every other UPS store takes the Item , scans my code and packs and ships for FREE. The return instructions on Amazon even states that UPS packs and prints return labels for FREE . So why am I getting charged every time I take in an Item . The items are in the manufacture package , yet I still get charged from this UPS to take the item . Apparently you must have the original Amazon bag or Amazon box the item came in here at this UPS location. I told the lady who works there that the instructions says the item has to be in its original manufactured package and she stated that even on the Amazon instructions it says it has to have its original box it came in from Amazon .. it clearly states on Amazon no box or label needed .. picture posted for PROOF . There you go ! Lesson learned. Please don't get scammed by this UPS store for Amazon returns

I wish I could give this location zero stars. I had a notary appointment for 10am that was not honored. I was told the notary was "busy" until 10:30. I was unable to wait, so I asked why they don't honor their appointment times. The owner/manager/notary then proceeded to raise her voice to me in front of a string of customers to say she had an important "$10,000 computer" she HAD to get out and would not be available until 10:30. If she hadn't been completely disrespectful and had used a smidge of customer service I would have absolutely rescheduled at a better time. As a side note, she was having a casual conversation with someone as I walked in making me and the gentleman in front of me wait so just how important was this "$10,000 computer"? This location has permanently lost my business until it's taken over by new management.

Today while visiting this location to use their live scan services, I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of the location's notary. I decided to wait the 45 minutes she estimated I would need to wait for my turn. After waiting 45 minutes, she told me I would need to wait an additional 45. Then she snidely replied that I could have left at anytime. Yes, she was rude and delivered poor customer service but even worse was how as I stood in the store, she bragged and over shared about details of past notary transactions. Surely CA values, and requires confidentiality and discretion from it's notary professionals? Don't come here for her services if you do.

Live scan service person was snippy and rude to me and others when I went in today, to the point the other customers and I were looking at each-other wondering what we did to be spoken to in this fashion. Another woman left along with me in lieu of giving our business to this location.
