I went into the UPS Store to get a 2nd passport photo taken, as I was disappointed in the one I had taken earlier elsewhere The nicest woman (Ellie) assisted me and was extremely helpful re how to take a picture without smiling (the requirement these days: no teeth!). She added a flash and it softened the look completely with no smile. I was sp appreciative! The whole store was friendly and fun.

Horrible Service, My dad went in 3 different times yesterday to send an amazon item back. The two employees there didn't help him and sent him to a different store instead. Claiming they didn't have the correct size box, we put it in a box and they still didn't help him on his second visit. My sister got off work went with him to take the package and they scanned the code and took the package with no issue.

Wow. Just got a call from these guys. Our elderly friend sent us a package and instead of just letting us pick it up after paying for service here from 2013-2020, they wanted a $20 pickup fee or would return to sender. I told the lady (Stephanie) that it was unfair to a long-term customer, and she said, "well, we're under new management." There is another UPS Store on Calistoga Road and 4th Street that I would highly recommend over this extortion act.

This is a friendly and well run UPS store. Among other things, we utilized their Notary services which we excellent and reasonably priced The store location is easy to get to and park at. Even though this UPS store is not the closest one to my home, I will be using this as my regular store thanks to the great service received.

9/28/23 this store was taken over by new owners and there already doing a horrible job messing up packages and referring me to different ups so they don’t have to deal with me they should just close down

I have never been talked to so rudely while pursuing a service! The older-short haired lady at the front desk today was awful and should not be in customer service!!!

I can not say enough good things about the UPS Store on Mendocino. Amy has been helping me this past year with shipping to my son in school. She is so helpful and cares about her customers. I am grateful for the help she has given me.

I have to praise Amy who works there. There were 2 people in front of me and someone on the phone. She helped them with such warmth and kindness. It makes me want to make this my usual UPS stop. What a lovely experience at a UPS store!

By far the worse experience and I have ever encountered at this store from the "store owner". He tries to charge for already paid boxes and claims they are not "UPS". Pretty sure it says UPS store on the sign out front. I have dropped off a few packages here with no issues and very helpful associates. This rude and seriously egotistical "manager owner" stated they couldn't provide a box when Samsung returned clearly stated on the phone and in email the UPS store would provide one, he claimed I needed to buy one. I've sent out phones from this location before and didn't have pay for the box. He then starts to to argue about how they are not "UPS" but a franchise store but not UPS and if I wanted a box to ship it then I would need to go to the hub... I reiterate his statement 3 times to make sure I understand he was telling me his store "the UPS store" was not UPS and could not provide a box. After this guy Craig had made those statement, I was even going to pay for the box. He started to be smirk and said I could get the box somewhere else and slammed my $2500 phone on the counter, giving it back to me. I am not a person to get flustered over these things but just because you're a manager does not give you a right to belittle people or try to rip people off by charging for items that are already paid for by the returning company.

Poor customer service, shorter older lady with tattoos behind the counter jumps to conclusions about things and is a control freak.To start - she wrongly assumed that I was shipping something for a business andWhen I walked in she asked if I had ashipping label, I said “yes “to which she said“and you want to ship this?I said yesHer- “you will pay for shipping twice then”This was confusing because normally when I go in they just ask for address.So now I have to figure out through a series of questions why i will be paying twice. Because there was no clear explanation (Does she know I’m talking about an unprinted eBay label I thought to myself)This is where she was unwilling to try to understand what my plan was.(or maybe it was on purpose)When I tried to tell her that inputting the tracking number into eBay would zero out the automatic label she said “I don’t know anything about eBay”(Shouldn’t be telling customers they will get charged twice if you don’t know what there doing…)After I flushed out the communication problem that she was unwilling to even try to understand. I mentioned that I was sorry for the miscommunicationTo which she says“that’s ok for your first time in the store”I then explained that I don’t use eBay labels because I didn’t know the exact weight -To which she said ups would cover the difference if it weighed more then automatic label - yaaaa riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiightI have 300 transactions and never had a problem shipping anything. And I’ve never been charged twice.I went in there in a good mood thinking it was going to be a pleasant simple transaction where I give address pay and leave. But it turned into a big confusing messTakeawaysUnfriendlyBossyNo attempt at problem solvingAnswering questions with vague questionsGood luck ?

The employee working was so awesome. He was able the help everyone in the store as well as offer my bf good advice. He helped get a special present sent out and check to make sure it will be there in time. Thank you!
