I wanted to let you know how refreshing it was to walk into your store and get great assistance from Becky! Especially because I had gone into the UPS store in Rincon Valley before and they were super rude. Every time I have come into your UPS the service has been excellent and every time I have gone into the Rincon Valley one I ask myself why I went in there! Keep up the great job!

Big shout out to Liz who went a few extra miles to make sure that my son's next-day shipping of birthday gift was redelivered as my son was not around to receive it the first time around. This meant coordinating with the corporate office and team at destination. Thank You!

The manager is verbally abusive to team members and customers. She talks to people like they are ignorant and beneath her. It creates a hostile work environment for employees and makes customers very uncomfortable at best.

Always extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Love our local UPS store! Came in fairly near closing and they helped with packing and gave good advise about keeping the receipt for 6 months for my Xfinity return.

Do not use this store. I paid a lot of money to have a very important gift shipped via 2 day air. They ended up sending ground, with the package scheduled to arrive 4 days later than expected. They refuse to reimburse the shipping cost due to their error. They are basically stealing from their customers.

Exceptional customer service! I could not ask for better service! Amanda was amazing, patient and very helpful to walk with me through the return process to Amazon. I had some labels to print and boxes to return as well. I got great Snoopy stamps and this is truly a great hub for all of your shipping needs! I will be back!Thank you!

The all female team is Awesome !!. Alonette was so patient when I had three return packages that required custom labels. Printing out all my labels I highly recommend this store for all you shippings needs .
