I don't usually leave reviews, but this was extremely unprofessional and disapointing. I made an appointment online to get a document notarized. The morning of my appointment I called the location to confirm my appointment. I was told over the phone that all was good, and confirmed that they would see me later that day. Upon arriving, the notary public, a blonde woman, told me she forgot her supplies and could not fulfill my notarization service. This is very disappointing as I had confirmed my apointment only a few hours prior. This appointment was also not made same day, meaning she could've called and let myself and all other appointments she had that day know that she does not have her supplies and we would need to reschedule. Overall it was just handled poorly.

Nice folks. Had a difficult package to ship. It was a very heavy motor going from here to Vermont. The associate had some trouble figuring out the insurance on it and I couldn't get back so I left it with them and the following day the manager called me back and got it taken care of. The package was delivered on time and my customer is very happy. The only downside to this business is that it's hard to reach them by phone. Sometimes it goes to the main UPS service center and it may take them a while to call back, but understandable with everything being as busy as they are these days. I will definitely use them again and appreciate the service.

I've been coming to this location for 23 years. The blonde older woman with glasses is one the the rudest associated at any establishment I've encountered. This isn't the first time she was rude. The first time she scolded me because my box wasn't taped "properly", I then purchased packing tape from the store to finish packing my box. She then ranted on as to how customers are so inconsiderate. I went in again today and the same woman was working alone, this time I made sure to bring my own tape so I wouldn't get scolded like a 5 year old. I thought maybe this time she would be a little kinder so I started making small talk, she was completely dismissive and disrespectful to me. I had to purchase a box to send something off. I mentioned I can package it up myself since I was told last time I needed to have my own tape (which I brought). She brought the box out and started packaging my items when I noticed she was struggling I held onto the box and she looks at me and rudely tells me "don't touch it." I then told her that last time I was told I needed to bring my own materials. Again dismissive. I let her continue to use the company tape and she was aggressively throwing my box around taping it. Another gentleman walks in the store and the woman gets all wide eye and busy tailed and greets him with a welcome and small talk. I paid for my items and left without anymore words. I WILL NOT be returning to this location. The UPS store on Stony Point is newer, less crowded, and the staff is kind to paying customers (I will be taking my business there). The one star is for the middle aged brunette woman who's been there for years. And seems to be the only one there some common sense and decency.

I never do reviews, but this store deserved my time today. Very easy location to get too, free parking, extremely clean store, very open and understanding... The women taking my shipment was sharp and on her toes, offered insurance and gave me an est delivery date which most stores do not. She was very personable and sweet to my son... Kept him sidetracked while I found the address I was shipping too.... Will refer this store to my friends and my family... Thanks for all your help today. 5stars on my end ?????

I scheduled an appointment with a notary 2 weeks in advance only to get there and be told they don't have one. No apology.

I have used the UPS store on Fulton for years, however, the last two times I've been there I experienced poor customer service from two different clerks. Both times I was returning Amazon orders and I received the message the clerks didn't want to assist me. I was talked to rudely both times and the second time the clerk was condescending. I'd suggest training in customer service for this business. I have no problem moving my business if this poor service continues.

This is a great UPS store. Since it is independently owned and operated it's not the least expensive. But it's close by and has wonderful employees. They do get new employees and train them from this location. Mita and the rest of the women that work here are knowledgeable and friendly.

DONT MAKE COPIES HERE!I am a teacher on a fixed income. I usually use a UPS store in a neighboring town to make my copies at $0.15 a copy. I went to this UPS store instead because I happened to be in the area. I had to make 154 copies for class. I had NO IDEA that UPS stores are franchised, so I had no reason to suspect that the price would be different, but this UPS store has decided to charge $0.50 PER BLACK AND WHITE COPY! This 3x higher charge isn't posted ANYWHERE by the copy machines. Needless to say when I went to get rung up at the register I owed $84.12!The attendant working at the time even asked me BEFORE I STARTED what I was making copies of...that would been a good time to warn me. When she came back to capture the total amount, she made this noise, like "oooh, that's gonna hurt." I seriously feel robbed.

We walked in with a large painting that needed to be packaged and shipped out of state. The staff wrapped it for us while we watched and sent it on its way. They were thoroughly professional in every respect. We could not have been more pleased with their work and level of service.

I had to go in before my shift at work and return an Amazon purchase. The process was super quick. Walked in, the guy asked if I had a code to scan, he scanned it, gave me my receipt and I was on my merry way. So quick. I even had a chance to take a small nap in my car before going to work. LOL.
