This is ridiculous!
Why didn’t the mail carrier just put my package in one of the parcel boxes and leave the key in my mailbox so that there would be plenty of room around the box for me to retrieve it?! Instead, they shoved it into my mailbox taking up all the space so that no other mail could be put in there, and it took me 30 minutes and the help of a neighbor to get it out. I nearly had to tear up the box just to get it out. I question the IQ of the person who did this.

Didnt even try to deliver my package. I was home the whole time and they listed it as ‘attempted’ and just took it here.
Lazy and irresponsible.

Yesterday I was Supposed to get a package delivered . It didn’t come because they said that something was obstructing their ability to enter the property. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I am super pissed off. I believe that the delivery guy was just lazy and didn’t even try. I was home in the front door was open and I have dogs that would’ve barked if anybody came to the gate. furthermore when I try to reach anybody at USPS no human being will answer a phone. I tried three or four different numbers. Your customer service sucks.

Several times I have packages be delivered to post office only to have them forwarded to another address per request, I never did request a forward. I live in the area which I must use this post office. I hate it

Staff aren't very friendly, but dropping off packages are OK. Don't expect speedy service for printing out labels etc. Word of advice: print out your own labels and use priority mail flat rate boxes if possible. Saves you a big headache with paying for postage and boxing it. You can get free boxes sent to you through the USPS website instead of having to deal with paying for postage etc in store.

-Mailman could not find my address.-Tracking page said it was sent back to the post office.-Went there when it opened next day.- They looked around for 30 minutes for my package and couldn't find it.- The guy took my number and said he'd call me when/if he finds it.-1 hour later I get a tracking notification that it has been sent back to the original address.

Friendly staff had a package wrongly marked as business closed undeliverable and she went out of her way to explain what could have been why etc. Found my package and solved my problem thank you

This location with their staff does an absolute poor job with everything. Customer service is trash. They don't ever pick up the phone. Why even have this place open.

the worst people and place ever everyone here sucks at their job. the mail isnt sorted right. the manager who replaced robin is a complete b***** i cannot believe this is our usps service i have to deal with. the absolute worst if i could put a negative star i would!!
