My husband has been in work out mode and "play it again sports " has been so helpful guiding us and finding all the things he's needed to get started. I needed some weights to act as ballast for an outdoor canopy, and BOOM! This place had exactly what I needed at a fraction of what they retail for. I went into this store 9 months ago, looking for a used Total Gym. They didn't have one at the time, but they said they'd call me if one came in. So often that becomes an empty promise, but today, the call came when one arrived there. It was so refreshing to have a business be true to their word and follow through even many months later. That is good customer service. I recommend them without reservation.

I needed a few items to copy my physical therapy routine. I walked away with a Pilate mat, some bands, and a great deal on a treadmill and exercise bike. The assistant manager was very knowledgeable of the business model and how to do no pressure sales. This made buying everything easy. Stop buying on Amazon and check them out first, I couldn't have got the items I did on Amazon especially because of shipping. I hear a radio ad for over 30 years and finally went in. Ha!

Great selection and extremely helpful employees. Prices are very reasonable. After looking around for new snowboarding pants and finding them around 300.00 Play it Again has brand new ones for 60.00! Not a "brand name" or fancy but they will get the job done just the same. I'd go back for the helpful employees alone.

Loved this place , in fact I use to exclusively get gear here for sports I was trying out.Only downside - Billie has to chill with fighting with people on Facebook from the perspective of play it again sports. Terrible look to be telling potential customers they can't afford the membership or better yet to come into play it again and talk "face to face like men" Im all for street justice just looks bad on your business

Went in for a Teeter tilt table, we spoke to Manny, he was very knowledgable, explained the purpose for the machine, and what to do with it. Was able to try one out there, and we purchased a new one from him. We are very satisfied with our experience. Highly recommend Play it again.

Good customer service, but they are far from offering "the best price per pound": Amazon does have much better prices in most items offered here, and some dumbbells at less than $1 per pound.
