Brought the car to Lloyd’s to repair damage to my car. It was side swiped by a lady in a big SUV that was texting. When I got the car back, there were defects in the prep and paint. They over sprayed clear on my back vinyl window that is now ruined. My front headlight was missing and they killed my alternator that I have verified proof it was new within 20k miles. They played hot potato with the issue until I gave up. I replaced the head light and alternator on my own dime. The back window is still cloudy as the entire top will need to be removed for it to be fixed. Not happy about my experience here.

The repair work was done perfectly and the re-painting matched perfectly.The price was fair and the work was done quickly. Total experience was excellent. They even arranged me a rental car making everything very convenient. If I have any future repairs I will be coming back even though it is not close to where I live.

Robert and the whole staff at Llyods collision in Santee are true professionals that took care of me and friends I recommend like we were family . It’s a stressful time when you find yourself at the body shop and your vehicle is smashed up . I’ve been in that position unfortunately a few times . But I will say the choice is yours when it comes to who fixes your vehicle and I would not even consider going anywhere else , ever . Safety and the investment in a car or truck is a big deal and I’m not taking chances or trying to find the cheapest place around . Over the years Robert has fixed a few of my vehicles and I’ve always felt the work was done right and for a fair price . I can’t say that about other shops I’ve had to deal with in the past and I’m sure you’ll feel like family after your experience as well .

I have been using Lloyeds collision for 13 years and I will continue to use them . Let me tell you why ? First they are friendly and respectful, and a knowledgeable company they explain the process in detail , and the finished product is fantastic. They also work with you on pricing and give options to financially get your car , truck . And parts painted. If you decide to use this company you will get the quality that will make you feel comfortable with your decision. Much better quality than other auto collision companies promise but can’t deliver on the first time . So , don’t waste your time on getting other quotes. Go directly to Lloyeds Collision you won’t regret it ..

From the moment I brought my Ford F150 4x4 in for an inspection and assessment of the damage to the passenger side, the team at Lloyd’s Collision Auto Body was amazing. They promised to complete the repairs within two weeks, and they delivered on time. When I picked up my truck, it looked perfect.

Rodent's had completely eaten my Jee[ Compass' under hood insulation liner. Read good reviews about Lloyd's on Yelp, called and then sent a picture of my liner and VIN panel to Bobby. He got back to me quickly with a quote (very reasonable), I agreed and he ordered the liner which arrived the following day. Took my car in, Bobby replaced the liner in an hour and that was that. Quick, friendly and professional service -- I highly recommend Lloyd's Collision and Paint Center.
