I went here to pick up a Uhal trailer I rented. The trailer was The same size as the truck 12x6 and had no gas or mileage to worry about just towing. The staff was friendly and professional. Quickly checked me in and hooked up my trailer to my truck and off we went. We kept the trailer an extra day, with no problems. They charged my card the correct amount and emailed my receipt. I will definitely use them again if I need a Uhal.

I have been using this winery for almost a year and I always feel brand new. The whole place is kept very clean, my winery is in the air-conditioned area and I can be comfortable until before 9pm which is very convenient, door with a personalized key, The staff is always friendly and very happy, the only thing I regret is not knowing about them before.

I have been a customer at Rockvill RV & Self Storage in Santee since they opened, utilizing a storage unit for the past five years. As an active duty military member, I recently had to close out my unit due to a transfer. After paying for the unit for five years, I requested a prorated refund for the last month, as I had already paid. Unfortunately, the manager refused to accommodate this request.
To make matters worse, the manager was callous and rude when I asked to speak with him about it. Such behavior is completely out of character for someone in a customer service role. It's disappointing to experience such a lack of flexibility and loyalty after being a long-term customer. I believe Rockvill RV & Self Storage needs to revisit and update their policies to better support their customers, especially those in the military.

I had a billing question because I was charged $176 and I was trying to find out if that would be refunded or included in the payment and they couldn’t tell me. I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be charged that amount in addition to the cost of the U-Haul. As a consumer I am tired of the “I don’t know you need to call the third party / 1800 number to find out”. Joseph Smith who helped me didn’t have much patience for my questions and I didn’t have much patience for him just wanting to sit by the computer desk all day and not answer basic questions, such as, “what happens to the deposit, is it refunded or credited toward the payment”. Joseph claims to have been here since day 1 yet can’t answer a simple question

This facility is amazing - it is clean, organized and secure. I intermittently have to use this storage facility and had the pleasure of dealing with John and Raymond and both have exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
