Great location and customer service. This is a gem of a place, with lots of cubbies and household items (lightbulbs, paint, outdoor thermometers, etc).

Glorious incompetence and disrespect to customers’ time. I came to buy 99% IPA on Tuesday - on the Ace website it was listed In Stock in this store. But when I came the shelf was empty and the store clerk apologized for inconvenience, but promised that “tomorrow it will be restocked”. 2 days later, on Thursday I check online - In Stock again. Just to be sure I call to the store and ask if IPA is available now - “yes” was the answer. I spend 15 minutes driving to the store just to see Distilled Water bottles instead of IPA on the shelf. I asked “What’s happening, I’ve been told on the phone that IPA is in stock”. They started questioning the fact that I called them before my visit. (I will attach a screenshot from my recent calls list as a proof.) Results: a) wasted time for traveling to the store twice: b) missed opportunity to go to another store; c) my project is on hold without IPA; d) being very upset twice. Now this store is in my blacklist and Ace Hardware brand damaged - you are doing bad job hiring wrong people to work in your stores.

Wonderful store that has all my gardening needs! Insect repellent, fertilizer, soil, etc. Super friendly staff that is away willing to help. I also got my Stanley there which has become a staple in my hydration routine!

Made an online purchase on 4th of July to fix my broken A/C. Website said it would be "available in 15 minutes". Turned out the store was closed for the holiday, so I spent the day in sweltering heat with no A/C. The next morning when I picked up the part, the owner could have said " I'm sorry for your inconvenience, we'll try to make sure the website is accurate in the future." But no, instead he made it my fault for not having the "common sense" to know that the website was giving me false info.
Terrible customer service, crowded chaotically organized store. Go to Rural Supply Hardware or Los Gatos Ace. They are both excellent stores.
