Poor service! Ugly nail job! La Bella Nails used to be the best, but now Hannah will let you leave with an awful nail job whether you tell her you are disappointed or not. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a customer here. Doesn’t matter if you tip at least $20 for a full set without a pedicure. Hannah will suggest you pay FULL PRICE for another full set after only a week of getting one. If you push back, she will tell you that you need a refill even though there’s not much new growth. This happened to me after having to return to fix chipped nails TWICE after getting a full set from a new tech, Lily, and WAY before needing a refill. I can never EVER come here again. I work too hard to waste my money.

The manicurist didn’t wear gloves and then I saw her go directly from me to her next customer without washing her hands. She also made my cuticles bleed on several fingers, which worries me a bit considering the poor hygiene. My nails also started chipping the same day, so the must use very low quality product. Would not return nor recommend.

First of I'm gonna say this place was so understaffed and it's so stressful and she did my nails like she was in a hurry and when I was getting my pedicure she like cut my toenail till the there was like no white part left and then after she prepped my toes she just went off to do someone else's nails. And when she started prepping my nails I said I want nail polish please I don't want gel because it comes off my nail bed easily. And she still did gel and she used so many layers of gel polish that my nails looked and felt clumpy like this place needs to get their shit together I will not be coming here again!

It was horrible to be blown off and ignored when I had an appointment and she got up without a word to sit down at another table and do someone else's nails halfway through mine. It's not the first time this had happened and I don't recommend this place at all...

I wish I could give Hanna 1000 stars. She has my nails looking so amazing! After months of searching for the right nail lady (I am very picky about my nails) I can gladly say my search is over! I have not one single complaint. Every nail is even, she took her time, the vibe reminded me of home, like when I was a kid and used to go to the nail salon with my mom. 10/10 highly recommend this place!

I came in for a french tip pedicure, it was going good until she was finishing and asked me if i was going to tip with cash or card. When she said that it made me not even want to tip her anymore because first of all it's not even required to tip. She did a nice job but she was rude and expecting a tip.Be nice and respectful to your clients and they will tip you out of heart. Idk but asking for a tip doesn't seem right to me. Her name starts with a M.

perfect graduation nails , gave me exactly what i wanted! i did have to wait for a chair to be available despite having an appointment, but the salon was completely full and we called day of so i wasn't too bothered. they were very kind and helpful :) will be coming back !

1 month of gel x , they grew out but literally looked like what 2 weeks of acrylics would look like grown out . Highly recommend gel x over acrylic & my nails are still looking very healthy after removal . Thank you La Bella nails Tip: Removal was $20 (without a new set) , but when you get a removal along with a new set removal is $5

Mia was incredibly rude when she did my nails wrong. She blamed me for her mess up, threw a tantrum like a 5 year old and stormed away to the back of the store. No apology or offer to fix them. Horrible customer service. Never going back.

I originally got a GelX extension set I didn't love (because of my own miscommunication), but once I showed a photograph of exactly what I wanted, they quickly made up for the mistake and re-did my set. All of the staff were really sweet and accommodating. Thank you!!!

So wonderful! I've been here 5 times (once for a pedicure and the other 4 acrylic manicures) and they always do a great job! I have never struggled with making an appointment and the prices are reasonable.
