Lynne has that rare combination: So knowledgeable and experienced in her craft, and yet willing to work extremely hard, paying attention to every detail. As she told us from the beginning, she made the process of selling our house as smooth and stress-free for us as possible. Lynne was excellent in helping us sell my parents' house when they passed away. She did a lot of extra work for us in overseeing repairs in preparation for the sale as we now live out of state. This is the Second House that where we used Lynne as the selling agent. That should be recommendation enough. The first house was in San Jose, this one was in Pleasanton in 2024.
We listened to her advice on when to put the house on the market and how to prepare the house to get the maximum value. Boy did she come through. She was able to deliver an offer that was significantly higher my expectation.
Lynne always made herself available to answer our questions about the process, and very honest and frank about what she thought the market was doing. She never over promised on what the market conditions would be, and she delivered wonderful results.

If ten stars were possible, that's what Lynne would get!Lynne just helped us sell a condo we purchased with her five years ago. When we purchased with her she made it a point to know what we wanted and then waded through all the listings to find the ones that were worth our time to look at until we landed at the right one. She walked us through the offer with comps and clear justification on why we should offer what we should offer.When it came time to sell the condo, Lynne made it painless. She led us every step of the way, kept us informed of what was happening and checked in often. The marketing she put together with staging and photos was phenomenal. When I was looking to downsize after retirement,Lynne was a major contributor to my success. Through her experience I understood how much of an effort it would be to sell my house of 15 years. Decisions that have to be made and commitments that needed to be taken care of. Lynne wanted me to understand every part of the process by answering questions with a lot of details and examples.
