I received a pedicure and manicure from Lisa. She talked non-stop which was super annoying! Additionally, she forgot to trim my cuticles and apply wax. When I asked about it at the end of the manicure and pedicure, she asked if I wanted it done now. One doesn't trim the cuticles after nail polish is applied! Lastly, a 2 year old could apply the nail polish better. It is done in such an unprofessional way. Super sloppy!

Love this place! I've come here 3 times now for pedicures and get fantastic service every time. The salon is very sanitary, the sugar scrub and hot stone massage feel extremely good, and the polish lasts about a month every time. My feet have gotten so much softer since I started coming here, and Retreat Nails has become my go-to pedicure place now :)

I have been to many nail salons. This was my first time at Retreat nails. Horrible service, rude women at the Salon and poor quality products.I got manicure done. My nail polish wouldn’t dry after manicure. I waited 20 minutes. The lady switched off the mini fan and asked me to leave. My polish wouldn’t dry even after an hour. I had to go to another place to get my nails done again.Service: Manicures

They do a great job and the staff is wonderful. I come here all of the time and have gotten a variety of services (acrylics, pedicure, etc.) and it's a great experience.

The quality of manicure was not that great. Rough cuticle edges and uneven application of the nail polish that started peeling off the next day. It seemed they didn't care if I come back again. Next time, i will definitely go somewhere else.

Painful (literally) experience - toenails cut by someone who pulled on skin on side of big toe she had trouble cutting so hard I screamed. Possibly only way to communicate - person communicated with me by pulling my feet around and grunting. Didn't seem to know any English besides the number of dollars due. Avoid at all cost!

I've been to Retreat twice now and I've been satisfied both times. The first time I went, they were able to get both my partner and I in for mani/pedis right away. I went back today for a touch up on my manicure and was again treated immediately. They have a large color selection and a nice large space. I'll definitely be a regular customer!

I personally was pleased with the end result but I noticed a lot missing from my service. First of all she didn't clean my nails or push my cuticles or ANYTHING like that and went straight to just applying acrylics on my nails. Then she CUT me with the rotating device and it hurt so much of course when she later applied alcohol directly on it. I don't remember the lady's name but I wasn't really happy with what I got. They were also longer than what I wanted but she definitely was fast. Overall, I'm definitely not coming here again. Not worth the money :(
