I had a problem during my stay and the manager Luis did not wanted to listen to my complains, so rude ! He hand up the phone while I was talking ! Lots of problem with personnel the room did not had a proper cleaning, the breakfast waiter stayed on the kitchen talking with the cooker instead of replacing the buffet that was lacking even coffee ! I was doubled changed for the breakfast ! I had tried to explain all that to Luis but he was rude, did not want to listen, probably he does not like his job and does not care, and this is way the hotel had such bad reviews everywhere, do not recommend

We've stayed here before with the previous owner Mr. Lee. We recently stayed here at the end of August when we went to Mountain Winery for a concert. Even though we only live ~20 minutes from the Winery, we decided to stay here because of our previous experiences here. The location is very close to Saratoga Village and the Winery.We really like the Inn because it's very nice, small and kind of private and has plenty of self parking. There's a creek that runs along the side of the Inn with lots of trees that the balconies overlook. There's also a park next door on the other side of the creek. The staff were all really nice. We stayed in a corner Jr. suite which was nice except for we were on the lowest floor and right below our balcony was the housekeeper's door and we could hear them talking outside. The maintenance area was also next to us and we'd hear the power tools. Because of this, we weren't able to relax on our balcony which was disappointing. We will stay here again but at the other end of the Inn.

My favorite hotel in the area. Very quiet and relaxing next to a river and forest. Customer service is great parking is easy. Will definitely be returningRooms: Rooms feel renovated and new. Felt luxurious. Great view with balcony. Very clean rooms. Very nice bathroom and shower.Nearby activities: Trails, park, bars, restaurantsWalkability: A trail and park right next to the hotel.Food & drinks: Lots of bars and restaurants down the street walking distance.

I love this hotel. The King Suite was GORGEOUS featuring lovely views of the trees all around. Make sure you get the corner one. There's only one on each floor. Front desk service is cordial, but way too dry. They look like 18 year olds so I'm surprised they're not even kind of zesty. Nonetheless they are polite, just completely uninvested in anybody and to me, that stood out and needs work.

I did not have the best experience there. Had to wait almost 45 minutes after check in time. The bed was uncomfortable. Coffee maker didn’t work and the extra money charged for cold breakfast was, wow! The staff seemed disinterested. Maybe it was just bad timing, lol! I typically have good hotel experiences.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend UB40 at Mountain Winery and loved it. Small, personal, and in an amazing location. Bar closes early and it's very quiet but if you want good sleep in Saratoga, this is it.

Bar drinks were so yummy.We will definitely be back.Rooms: Very clean and beautifulNearby activities: Santa Cruz and capitola 30 mins awayWalkability: Tons of restaurants nearby, we found an amazing massage spa and pedicure place for relaxation. A cute park near the Inn.Food & drinks: Many food options to walk to.

We enjoyed the experience here. Such a gem and different from other hotel. We would come back here again for both business and pleasure.Noteworthy details: Great to have the creek with running water be the sound back drop in a very peaceful environment.

Wow this hotel is just gorgeous, clean and very peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area at night while having drinks. Our balcony had a nice view of a creek. Walking distance to restaurants in the area. There's a park right next door and wineries nearby.
