I had a hair cut with Sarah. She is a wonderful hair cut stylist, with some customer description she was able to picture an image of how customer wants the hair cut be. Very friendly and nice experience.

I think it’s overpriced. They also ask for tips even after paying $90 for a haircut. If they didn’t ask for a tip but priced the haircut at the price they want I’d give it 5 stars. But asking for a tip after paying a base of $90 I think is shameless. Even rich people just want to pay the price and not have to feel guilt, isn’t it?Also notice how your hairdresser is suddenly super nice to you right as you’re about to pay and select how much you want to tip on their console. Even if they were quiet the whole time now all of a sudden everything you say is hilarious just before you are asked for a tip. I thought this guy was genuinely nice before but I feel manipulated after seeing through what was going on.

It's hard to believe that for 95 dollars, you get a hair style that both length and layer are not even symmetric here. I had great experience 5-6 years ago, and I can't believe the quality of service changed so much. The work of the so-called experienced stylist was unprofessional. The only reason I can tell, is that they don't care about the business and the customer anymore, which is unfortunate.

Sara saved my style!!! Everyone asked me where did I get the haircuts from. She is such an amazing hairdresser who is so kind, professional, and make the customer stands out and stylish. So much detailed in the haircut and it is beautiful. I definitely come back to get my haircuts!

Very wonderful! I cut the short bob hairstyle yesterday. Kylie is super great! She is very technical, she did my haircut very detail. And we also had a very nice talk during the cut. And the price is reasonable. I will go there again!?

I was doing haircuts and balayage here.Hair cut was good but balayage is a disaster. What I want is a gradient color but I got a hair look like an old lady.Before doing balayage I went there for consulting if they cannot do the same result they should let me know, I will look for other barber shop. However, no matter how many times you communicate with, the stylist just do randomly. The service is not a little money. For people want to try balayage I would suggest don’t do here.Services: Haircut

So happy to have had my haircuts by Kylie, she is truly such a gem here! She is great at listening to what I want and making sure I'm happy before she is finished. Really appreciate the attention to detail and her checking with me through the process. She is also so lovely to talk to and gives great customer service! Kylie you are the Best!

I was doing haircuts and balayage here.Hair cut was good but balayage is a disaster. I had a haircut + head spa at Viange and I love it!! Kylie is definitely one of the best stylists I have worked with. After communicating what I want verbally, she shows me a few pics to double check. Got some extra products, but def no pressure if you don't want it. Highly recommended!

I had 3 times hair cut with "artist" Aki since 2019. (Yes, it took me so long to conclude this misleading high charge vs. skill level factor. Part of the reasons could be his charge is the highest in this branch. I have to admit it that I was confused due to how much he charged, so he MUST BE GOOD, RIGHT?) Aki - * a guy has never communicated. * a guy has never checked his FINAL work. * a guy has never greeted customers even when he tried to sell extra expensive products. * a guy does a so so or below average hair job. * the only time Aki talked is to sell extra products which are expensive. I did not buy but one of my friends spent $350 just for extra. His work is okay or BELOW average. His work is HORRIBLE based on how much he charges ($120 plus 18% mandatory tips?)

I've given a small handful of reviews on Yelp, but this one is seriously long overdue. I've been seeing Eriko to get my lashes done for a few years now and I can't recommend her enough. She's first of all very sweet and welcoming. It's really a pleasure to talk to her. On top of that, she's meticulous and incredibly talented at what she does. She has a binder and has note of what style and curl I previously chose. So when I went in again, she was able to reference that and see if I wanted to change it up or do what I had done before. She makes sure you're comfortable throughout your appointment and even offered me tea after my appointment. She's always been accommodating in terms of scheduling too. With false lashes, I feel like it's very easy to make it look tacky if not done correctly--especially when you have monolids like me. The lashes can easily overwhelm the eye and very obviously look fake. I've definitely tried out a couple places where I immediately wanted to remove the lashes because it looked too unnatural. I've also had experiences where the lashes would poke my eye a lot as it was growing out (probably due to how the lashes were glued on). But I have zero complaints with the work Eriko does. I feel incredibly beautiful when I look at myself the first time after she finishes adhering the lashes and then everyday I wake up after that I feel great without having to put any makeup on because my lashes already look good. And as my lashes grow, I don't have any problems with them poking my eyes either. If you do go to see Eriko, make sure to leave a healthy tip because she literally spends almost a couple hours working REALLY carefully to make you look/feel beautiful. And on that note, this salon has a higher price point, but it's definitely worth every penny because it's significantly better than any other place I've gone to. I'm looking forward to going back for a fill!! :)
