We popped into this branch for some help on adding someone to an account. Michael was extremely helpful. We appreciated his patience, friendliness and professionalism in getting done what we needed to do.Thank you.

I usually go to this location because there is rarely a line. I needed specialized banker assistance twice now, and got Michael both times. He was amazing. Fast, accurate, remembered me on the second appt, personable.. He made my experience very smooth and easy. Great customer service. If I need more banker assistance I will ask for him again, and highly recommend others do as well.

I always like the bankers in this branch and they are consistent in comparison with its competitors in Saratoga. I hope this branch can restore pre-pandemic hours that open on Saturdays It always feel like home when come to the branch.

Ignorant employees that act hostile to members of the public. Great way to represent your bank

My first time walking in here I didn’t feel welcomed as the other guest.I felt a odd tension from the staff member Norma towards me.She greeted the Caucasian guest farewell. When it was my turn she didn’t greet me, i greeted her farewell and to have a good rest of the day and she didn’t respond back.I’m not sure if it was because of my race or age but I never felt this anymosity at any other branch. All I came for was to purchase some checks and she made me feel like I couldn’t afford the price. $3

Disrespectful employee. Was caught flipping off a person filming at public. Seems to be a wells fargo worker.Someone should teach her manners and to not flip people off while ON THE CLOCK!

All star experience! Chris H. was an absolute pleasure — professional, quick to the point, and very personable. I would drive across the south bay just to do business with this branch!

STAY AWAY. I have been a customer at this branch for over 8 years. In that time I was introduced to the branch manager about 20 times with a handshake and small talk like we were the best of buddies. I have been going in there every two weeks to cash my paycheck. Someone had stolen my wallet out of my car and when I went in with my paycheck and asked a banker for a new ATM card and told the my wallet was stolen, I was told they couldn't help me until I get a new ID or CDL. I asked for the manager and he said the same thing. I go but you know me, I've been coming in here every two weeks and we have talked many times. He didn't care. He acted like he had never seen me and I had the plague. I was mad. I went to another branch I had never been in before and talked to a banker and told her my story. She pulled up my account and told me an amount and asked who got the money. When I answered her 5 different amounts correctly she cashed my check and gave me a new ATM card on the spot. Why couldn't the other manager do the same thing. He has talked to me many times. Now skip ahead a couple of years. I go into my branch and want to cash a check made out to me from an insurance company drawn on Well Fargo. The teller looks at the computer and calls over a supervisor. He looks at the same screen and tells me they can't cash the check. I can only deposit it and wait a couple of days for the funds to become available. I'm thinking it's because it's a large amount. So, I leave and go to the same branch as last time. I stand in line and when I get up to the teller he looks at the computer and asks me how I would like it. I ask if there is any notes about not cashing the check and he tells me no. So why did my branch try to force me to deposit the check? Is it so they can earn the interest on my money in their bank for a couple of days? Sounds like it to me. Is that even legal?

This review is long over due but Denzel Smith is a prime example of the embodiment of customer service. He's helped me as both a banker and then again when he got his well deserved promotion to the Service Manager! He's always very patient and proactive when it comes to helping his customers. He was helping me do a quick pin change when he told me he noticed some funny activity on my account turned out to be a little bigger of a problem then what I had originally came in for but Denzel made it a very pleasant experience or as pleasant as these things can go. This branch is a bit out of the way but if ever I'm in the area I will always go here just because of Denzel! Hopefully he is getting the recognition he deserves for all the hard work he does!

Helpful and knowledgable staff that know their customers. I needed to deposit a check and get some cash out for an ill friend. Banking rules prohibited them from allowing a 'cash back' on deposit without the account owner being present to sign the form. The manager knew her and her condition and intervened and made funds available immediately so I could use her debit card to get cash out of the ATM since her current balance wasn't high enough otherwise. Great help and empathy from good people.

These sleazeballs told us the checking account was free if we had a home loan with them, but turned around and signed us up for the the checking account that has a 10 dollar a month fee instead of the one the banker advertised to us.
