Great experience, we’re very efficient and forthright. I purchased a 2020 Volvo V90 through David and Christopher. I had to do a quick transact as we were in the middle of a road trip. I found their pricing fair and a better value than the likes of Carvana which changed he’s a hefty delivery fee. I highly recommend using them.

I scheduled an appointment at Volvo Cars Monterey to have a software update installed and the customer service was excellent. I arrived and Abel told me what was involved in doing the update and that a complimentary check of fluids, tire pressure, brakes, etc. would take place and since it would require a few hours, would I like a ride somewhere so I didn’t have to wait. I got a lift to the local shopping center and when the service was complete I received a phone call and was given a lift back, with my car ready and sparkling clean. It was actually an enjoyable outing! Thank you, Abel for making my first service on my newer Volvo seamless.

EVERY employee in the Service Department is knowledgeable & friendly. They are respectful of their customers time & sincerely understand it’s difficult for their customers to be without their cars. The service advisor always keeps the communication lines open so the customer never has to wonder what needs to be done to their car, how much the repair will cost and how long the job will take👍 Their excellent customer service definitely keeps their customers happily returning when needed!

The staff there have been very helpful and kind during my purchase of a Volvo car…..which I love.
They have not pressured me to buy, but suggested helpful ways for me to make the purchase while saving money on various offers available. I would definitely recommend this company.
